- Crispy Chilli Potato, batter-fried crispy potatoes in delicious chilli garlic sauce, is an excellent vegetarian option for party starters/appetizers.

Ingredients for Chilli Potatoes:
Potatoes - 2 medium-sized;
For the batter - 1 ½ cup chick pea flour (besan/gram flour) or all-purpose flour/maida, ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp black pepper powder, 1 tsp red chilli powder or as per taste, 1-2 tbsp all-purpose flour/maida/rice flour, 1 ½ tbsp cooking oil, approx. ¾ cup water;
Cooking Oil for deep-frying;
For the sauce - 2-3 tbsp oil, 1 ½ tbsp finely chopped garlic, 1 tbsp finely chopped ginger, 1 tsp red chilli flakes, 2 tbsp red chilli sauce, 2 tbsp plain water, 1 tsp white vinegar/lime juice, ½ tsp sugar/honey (optional), salt to taste. - Навчання та стиль

This was first time I cooked something by my own and I really love it and everyone else also loved it just wonderful and thank you so much for this recipe
After searching many recipe I found this one of the best recipe definitely I will make this in Ramadan iftaar
Just finished making them, they came out so so well!! I added a few dried basil leaves and some oregno and replaced chilli powder with paprika. Folleed everything the same way and since I like more spicy I added more chilli sauce. So delicious OMG!!! thankyou :)
We also tried it today and it was really awesome and the easiest one thank you so much for making cooking so easy we hope u make much more new things we love you 🌸🌸
