The fact an owner of a new E-bike (“E-Smells”) company wouldn’t make their customer happy by sending the missing extra battery, the correct wheels / tires and replacement parts for the shipping damage says all I need to know as a consumer. Heck, the guy won’t even refund the money paid for the options not provided!! I’d sue, or show up at the home office.
When I received it, they were not on the bike and I didn't see them in the shipping box. I probably would have removed them anyway. I like the clean look more.
Did you watch the Video? Try riding your bike (dual battery) no handed and tap the handlebars and ask e cells for help with the resulting wobble. Also, I’d be very concerned about e cells going out of business considering the Owner is trying to sell the company and likely faces tax issues for not collecting sales tax. I have heard horror stories about e cells customer service, their F rating from the BBB, and the rants of a clearly unstable owner. It is very unlikely e cells will still be in business next year.
@@jfly2249 The speed wobble happens in a lot of fat tire bikes, how often do you ride no-hands? I believe the wobble is a result of poorly designed bike geometry and happens in a lot of fat tire rear hub motor bikes. The rest of that sounds like the rhetoric from someone that works for one company bashing another. I have no knowledge of E-cells or Wired business but perhaps your comment will help someone.
It was worth the wait. I tried talking to Wired ebikes first but they treated me horribly due to my disability. They mocked me because my talking is poor. They were down right rood to me. Totally unacceptable. The lack of care for someone who is struggling with a disability and is trying to regain their independence made the choice easier for me to go with E-cells. Wired shot themselves in the foot with me. I work with a lot of people with disabilities and I make it very clear that Wired ebikes is not the way to go. Respect means everything to someone like me.
@@TheLionsDen72 Thank you for sharing Scotty, not respecting anyone based on their abilities, let alone potential customers, is a business practice I don't understand.

What brand/size tires did you use?
They are HEB Allscape 26 x 4" tires.
Great bike, love my own 5-Star. You're right, it is 147 for torque. I see no 5 stars or ECells on the frame. Were they removed?
Scotty left off the Star decals, I'll have to ask him about the E-Cell sticker, likely he removed it to keep the look cleaner.

Lucky you got the bike you ordered. ua-cam.com/video/8XyUEvjJ-jM/v-deo.htmlsi=LCeGE0BibP7d7LhH
So you prefer the Wired bikes?
