My wife used to complain about me watching too many hunting videos, then...she noticed me laughing to myself watching “Land of the Free” series and got curious about it. After she watched the first episode, then 2nd and so on..... now she’s at the point where she won’t let me watch an episode without her 😂. Nice work BRO, you made my wifey more forgiving for my days out hunting!!!
You know your videos have an impact on your audience when they wake up in the middle of the night with your intro song stuck in their head. Happened to me last night.
I saw Michael Waddells video today talking about Chris bracket, big Bill, along with the other people that represent the hunting industry on TV and the issues hunting faces. My first thought was if the people hunting on these UA-cam videos were the ones on the outdoor channel, the future of hunting would be in great shape. Not only are the videos entertaining and funny but they also show hunting in its purist form. Thank you so much for taking the time to video all of the hunts and editing it all for us to enjoy. I already shoot a Hoyt, have my exo 3500 along with other gear that your sponsors offer. If I didn't I'd be inclined to switch just to support them for supporting you guys! I told my two boys that are 4 and 7 as we watched the video tonight, this is what elk camp has been for me the past 18 seasons with my dad and two brothers! They're even more fired up to go when they are old enough now! Well done fellas, well done!
As a western Oregon boy myself I have been watching born and raised films since the beginning. No one showed Roosevelts like you guys. With that being said, this series is the best yet. Everything about it has me excited everyday for the next video to drop. Great job guys! Keep up the great work!

Hands down best hunting series I've ever watched. I got a bit behind with my wife having our son at the beginning of the month but I'm trying to catch up. He's a week old, but still watching these with me, before long he'll be in the woods with me too.
I love how Born and Raised Outdoors crew shows deference to Corey . The Born and Raised Outdoors crew is one of the most seasoned ans hardest working Elk hunters on the planet yet they're always humble in their walk. This is perhaps their most endearing aspect apart from their camaraderie toward each other. God bless America.
Love the Wyoming series so far. Hunting for me is all about getting out and enjoying good company and Gods beautiful creations. Harvesting something is just a great bonus!

It's good to see another group of guys that are not always serious! Being too serious can drain the fun right out of a hunt. For our group, it almost always happens when we start joking around and goofing off. Love the series guys!
By far the best elk hunting series anywhere! You are a true inspiration to all elk hunters. And to be able to hunt with Corey has to be a blast. Public land elk is my favorite and we share a lot of the same tactics and I’m constantly learning new things from you al that I look forward to try in the mountains. The series is outstanding. Doesn't even matter if you see and Elk or not, everyone has great attitudes and everyone is funny. I have learned a lot about Elk already.
High light of my day... Getting me all jazzed-up for my trip home in December to AZ and hunt with my brother. Being stationed in different states makes these rare opportunities even more special!

Lads, the song has to be a staple from now on pleeeease. I've even got my misses singing it and she hates the idea of killing anything so she won't watch the show but she hears the song when I am watching and loves it too. I live in Australia and am just gutted I will never experience an Elk hunt so this is as good as it gets for me and I feel prevaliged to be watching you all hunt and feel all the emotion you do cause I feel like I'm right there. You guys are the real deal and the best friends Anyone could ever ask for. And I watch you everyday and just love what you do #1Fan
Man love the show! That Dirk guy is hilarious! Also love how your more focused on documenting the hunt instead of all the camera tricks and trying to show off your camera skills like most other hunting shows.
Who knew Dirk had a sense of humor, hunting with BRO opened up a door we haven't seen before - awesome.

Has Dirk ever had a bull come into a wallow while sitting on it where he splashed the water with a stick? An interesting approach and thought it is a great idea. I guess one more way to sound like an elk. Thanks for this series. Loving every minute of it!

I got on a really nice bull this September but he busted me. Had I watched these before the season there would be elk meat in my freezer. You guys are awesome! Keepem coming.

I don't blame Corey for not shooting that one. The horns were pretty goofy looking, but he's gotta remember, when he's hunting with you guys, he's part of a team effort. It might have been better to take one for the team. Another awesome video. Missed the intro, though. It's become sort of a signature.

I shot a spike yesterday up here around Florence, and I felt way better about it knowing that you guys would do the same .... At least that’s what I told myself anyway. ;) It would have lived if my shoulder were working right and I could have bow hunted this year. Thanks a million for all the great shows! They are keeping me motivated. By next year I will be shooting elk with my new left handed bow..... anyone looking for a right handed bowtech insanity xl? Works great if your right shoulder does! ;)

If you ever wanna do some fishing up in the great white north, you got a place to stay. Fly fishing or icefishing for native landlocked salmon, brookies and lake trout. Keep on keepin on!!

Great stuff. Like most on here I look forward to them each day. Questions I have is
1) Scents? I haven’t seen anyone whip out a Tinks cow estrous and start letting it fly. Ever use any types of scents?
2) Best and worst Mountain house flavors
3) Most guys hunt with a deer tag in there pocket in case they come up on one, or bear tag, or cougar, do you guys do that and if your back in says 10 miles would you shoot a doozie deer or bear risking your elk season?
4) I’ve been using first light stuff since 2012 when I saw it at the bow rack and its not cheap, when are you going to give some of there gear away?
