I noticed the debate in the comments so I want to just put my thoughts here lol I'm confident that if anyone was uncomfortable with Garcia's and Morgan's interactions, I'm sure they would've told them directly or told Hotch to tell them to turn it down a notch instead of having a lady do a whole unit meeting calling their behaviour out which makes me think the lady wasn't given any complaints but heard an interaction and decided to be unprofessional. Others in the meeting were also laughing and weren't showing any sign of discomfort that I could see.
