Fatayer au fromage parfumer a l'ail

🔸Aujourd’hui Je vous partage une spécialité de la cuisine du Moyen-Orient les fatayers fourrées au fromage, une recette facile et rapide a faire.
Ingrédients pour la pâte:
400g de farine.
2 càs de fromage blanc frais.
1 càs de huile d'olive.
50ml lait tiède.
1 càc levure sèche de boulanger.
Sel selon votre goût
Un peu d'eau tiède pour ramasser la pâte.
Ingrédient pour la farçe:
150g de fromage style phyladelphia
100g de fromage rapé un mélange de mozzarella et émental.
Un peu de poivre
Sel selon votre goût
2 gousses aïl haché, rapé ou écrasé.
Garniture :
Un peu de fromage rapé.
Un peu de graines (sésame ou nigelle....)
