This energy is capped at 50% of max energy so it's not really that good imo. I think his own free lightcone you can buy in the same shop make him unkillable and you can fully build BE while also improving His BE

The only sustain that can easily took advantage of HMC SB is Gallagher. Even at E0 his ult is very good for aoe breaker. Luka E0 I don't think would bring much for your acc, he function similar as sushang (do you have her tho?).
Gallagher is a great choice. I'm doing a similar thing and with a free xueyi incoming it's very easy to build a superbreak team with xueyi (has BE talents), gallagher, and harmony TB. Gallagher has great superbreak damage while increasing total break damage across your whole team. Plus his own '''signature'' lightcone you can S5 for free from the forgotten hall shop is his best in slot upping his total Break Effect.
It'd def be way easier since 5star dps and sustain are both on the banner and so are 4star weapons and char. Buuut getting the necessary pulls and luck for getting said characters will be interesting

Well since you already have sushang who can be a break dps for physical, I would go for Gallagher, other factors being that since a DOT team would be hard (maybe impossible) to make dor the account, Luka would be locked to the break team where Sushang works great, Gallagher uas more direct synergy with the upcoming break meta and is more flexible (being a sustain)

That's one of 2 Gallagher weaknesses. The other one being the ult debuff uptime till E4. However he heals a shit ton (mine feels better than when I tried my friend's Luocha) And the break dmg he can provide with HMC is nothing to scoff at either.

Luka is pretty good but kind of overlaps with Sushang and Xueyi in terms of doing a lot of break damage to the enemy. Meanwhile, Gallagher is probably the best 4 star sustain unit in the game. Really SP positive, great at healing, and he'll let your Xueyi do even more break damage once he pops his ultimate. Plus, if you use DPS March, you won't have a shielder anymore, so it'd be nice to have options that aren't Lynx or Natasha.
As a relatively new player, Gallagher was a blessing, I have no Gepard nor Bailu, Gallagher felt like a 5* compared to Lynx/Nat with even less investment. Now I have e5 and he's awesome with Acheron, plus seems insane with Sam. I'll pick him without a doubt.
Right, he doesn't even need to use his skill usually. And he's so easy to build too. I'm using an ER rope on him and he still has 130% BE (so he more than caps out the 150% for healing with HTB) After getting Gallagher, I don't even use any of my other sustains (even Gepard) bc Gallagher makes your team invincible if you don't get oneshot The only issue I have is that mine is E1 still so I don't have an emergency cleanse. He himself has 90% effect res so he never gets debuffed but the whole team is dying and getting frozen while he's chilling and I can't do anything lmao Really happy to get free E2 finally
Something I didn't recognize on Gallagher, is that not only does he have insane fire break potential, but he is one of the most insanely SP positive characters in the game, typically capable of being +4 skill points every 3 turns (assuming he gets hit once in a while) because of his advance forward. He also doesn't really rely on his E to heal anyways. The downside of Gallagher is that he is rather eidolon dependent, as E2 is huge in giving him a cleanse, allowing him to be used in a larger variety of content. A team consisting of something like Xueyi/Sushang, HMC, Gallagher, Asta, will perform fantastically against any fire weak enemies (which you can bet will happen on FIREFLY's banner) However, in terms of Luka, I feel like Luka and Sushang fulfill a very similar role, and you already have Sushang. The last thing I would consider is whether or not you'd have a lightcone on a no pull account for Luka. Luka's best no-pull weapon is actually probably Fermata, but requires the enemy to be shocked. Otherwise, nothing else is actually good. On the other hand, Gallagher performs quite well with the free What Is Real? and can even use Multiplication as well (although I'm not sure if that's available on a no pull account)

Gallagher will be more immune to powercreep than Luka. We’ve also seen non-dps units run super break teams which showcases Gallagher’s fotitude in the long run.
About Luca and Gallagher, i dont know if you are able to use 3 star cones, but BIS con for him is Multiplication (or the bailu one) and if you need sustain, he is like luocha. Luka could use the herta store LC and he hits some really nasty bleeds and more paired with the HMC while being SP positive. I would need to analize all your flaws in your videos to say an answer but, if you need more sustain Gallagher is amazing and if you need more damage Luka is really good because of how bleed works + HMC. BUT if march ends being good dps and have some break things i think you are good with what you have , you could have a break team and in my opinion, Gallagher is just an 5 star character in disguise. Two more things, Luka at E0 is decent but i think E0 Shushang is better, and gallagher suffers a lot from being E0 because his eidolons are one of the best between 4 stars, specially E1,E2. So in my opinion Gallagher all the way, if you create a break team, he not only makes you able to survive but he can deal some serious damage while amplifying the rest of the team, only thing evade the side with stuns and nasty debuffs.
No the best in slot, if he's gonna use galagher as a break sustain, would be the What is real lightcone, as it's free and can be stacked to S5 from MoC shop. It provides break effect and make galagher basically unkillable, because of the self heal
@@ДюсековИльяс Nah myself and all the internet test it out, 20% action advance in a 160+ gallagher makes him able to hit 2 times instead of 1 and he recharges the ult quicker because he just hits more and generates more SP, even if instead of 50k u are dealing 40K is not even close to getting a 2º turn. And the bailu one, because him is just so fast and gets a lot of turns, he will solve the energy problems of your team. And if you gallagher dies, something is wrong with his build anyways.
I agree with everyone that says to use Gallagher. He’s pretty comfy and very nutty with HTB, I use him all the time despite having both Aventurine and Fu Xuan
New Sustain + Sub DPS(with HMC) +break support +(potentially SP+) + two debuffs(good for ratio)-> Gallagher Bleed Dot Procc(Break Dot Procc too)+ Good Break Dps with SP neutral playstyle+ Good with HMC + Buff removal + Invulnerability(good for every other DPSes) -> Luka
I'm going to have to say go for Gallagher just bcs supportive units tend to have better long-term value and can be used in more teams. However, if you like Luka's playstyle better, just go for him. Both are 4-stars anyway and either will probably spook you during the 300-pull gacha fest on the standard banner . As for my selector, i would chooce Xueyi to get me closer to that sweet E6
I'd go Gallagher. He is DPS and healing which is VERY good in my opinion. His ult provides a advance forward that can be used several different ways and really does a lot.
You know something about this awakening stuff? This opens a world were an old 5 stard could get an "awakening" and the be upgraded and thats really cool. Because the MC is not summonable, but march 7 is and this changes everything :D

Gallagher is better imo lol. I built Luka, who’s also e6 and Ngl I regret it lol. To me, I prefer Gallagher. Also although this is a f2p account, I do hope you’ll pull firefly at least or start pulling on limited because I mean you do have 135 limited warps, and firefly is a pretty good grab, especially now that HSR has given u Harmony TB. Also that ending with persona 4 music was hella hype.
I say get Gallagher getting free units that can heal is such a struggle I feel as you only have Natasha for heals plus his skill can also remove rebuffs just like her and he’s also real good with keep team alive
Gallagher to round out your break teams, Luka is cracked but you already have Sushang so the niche is kinda covered. Gallagher is really good even without the e2 cleanse.
You can use gallagher as a sustain on every super break team (For a little bit of extra damage). You will only use luka on physical weak enemies (Still really strong because of the bleed break and bleed proc). Honestly It's up to you since I did not test it, but I supose that Sushang is good enough for SUPER BREAK.
My guess is that March 7th’s eidolons are going to be equivalent per path. Galagher is probably better than Luka, because he is a break effect abundance, so he pairs well with Harm MC and is still an abundance.
I think Gallagher might be a better pick. If you use Hunt path March 7th (assuming she is break oriented) & since break meta is coming around, Gallagher really helps with that. I think Sushang does what Luka will do(?) at e0 to an extent & technically you do have Lynx & Nat for 2 sustains but Gallagher is really versatile imo & better because of break meta
Luka Gallagher is also the big choice for my own no pull account. 1 hand is telling me to play Luke because I never used him before on other accounts and i know he is good amd versatile but Gallagher is just really strong especially with the break meta coming in , probably one of our better sustains and really easy to build though lack of cleanse makes him a bit worse at e0. My choice ? Probably Gallagher because we get a free xueyi. We pretty much get a free Break team with HMc Xueyi and Gallagher with Pela probably our last unit. I have tried this team on my main with E5 hmc e3 Galla and E0 Xueyi and the results are honeatly really nice. I think he is just more synergistic and less redundant compared to lula who while strong and enable nihility path in Sim universe quite a bit, can kinda be replaced by sushand for a break unit, meaning his versatility isn't that big of a tradeoff honestly. But In my opinion both options really good i still might change my opinion later tbh.
If March is a good breaker then i will use harmony Trailblazer and (in my head anon) her 2 girlfriends, March and Firefly! Also funny how both of them use 2 swords, i love it!
def gallagher. Harmony TB, Gallagher, xueyi, and peela is unironically a good team and could be the one to help you clear moc. Harmony tb has super break, xueyi is a great super break dps, gallagher boosts break more with his ult and will also do good damage with super break plus he is sp positive with basic ult basic combo, and peela can def shred which is one of the few things that can boost super break more. the only downside is gallagher has no cleanse in his base kit,
Galaghar, has been the best unit i built. He synergises greatly with Xuyei and HTB for super break. He has been solo sustaining me through most of the game and he's not fully built (i probs can build him to be better, but he already is enough)

Gallagher will be more immune to powercreep than Luka.
We’ve also seen non-dps units run super break teams which showcases Gallagher’s fotitude in the long run.
About Luca and Gallagher, i dont know if you are able to use 3 star cones, but BIS con for him is Multiplication (or the bailu one) and if you need sustain, he is like luocha.
Luka could use the herta store LC and he hits some really nasty bleeds and more paired with the HMC while being SP positive.
I would need to analize all your flaws in your videos to say an answer but, if you need more sustain Gallagher is amazing and if you need more damage Luka is really good because of how bleed works + HMC.
BUT if march ends being good dps and have some break things i think you are good with what you have , you could have a break team and in my opinion, Gallagher is just an 5 star character in disguise.
Two more things, Luka at E0 is decent but i think E0 Shushang is better, and gallagher suffers a lot from being E0 because his eidolons are one of the best between 4 stars, specially E1,E2.
So in my opinion Gallagher all the way, if you create a break team, he not only makes you able to survive but he can deal some serious damage while amplifying the rest of the team, only thing evade the side with stuns and nasty debuffs.
No the best in slot, if he's gonna use galagher as a break sustain, would be the What is real lightcone, as it's free and can be stacked to S5 from MoC shop. It provides break effect and make galagher basically unkillable, because of the self heal
@@ДюсековИльяс Nah myself and all the internet test it out, 20% action advance in a 160+ gallagher makes him able to hit 2 times instead of 1 and he recharges the ult quicker because he just hits more and generates more SP, even if instead of 50k u are dealing 40K is not even close to getting a 2º turn.
And the bailu one, because him is just so fast and gets a lot of turns, he will solve the energy problems of your team.
And if you gallagher dies, something is wrong with his build anyways.
I agree with everyone that says to use Gallagher. He’s pretty comfy and very nutty with HTB, I use him all the time despite having both Aventurine and Fu Xuan
New Sustain + Sub DPS(with HMC) +break support +(potentially SP+) + two debuffs(good for ratio)-> Gallagher
Bleed Dot Procc(Break Dot Procc too)+ Good Break Dps with SP neutral playstyle+ Good with HMC + Buff removal + Invulnerability(good for every other DPSes) -> Luka

Gallagher's cracked in any harmony MC team, and even outside of break teams he's an upgrade over Natasha.

Gallagher, all the way! Not only can he heal, he can do a whole lot of break damage as well since he scales heavily off of Break Effect
I'm going to have to say go for Gallagher just bcs supportive units tend to have better long-term value and can be used in more teams. However, if you like Luka's playstyle better, just go for him. Both are 4-stars anyway and either will probably spook you during the 300-pull gacha fest on the standard banner

As for my selector, i would chooce Xueyi to get me closer to that sweet E6
I'd go Gallagher. He is DPS and healing which is VERY good in my opinion. His ult provides a advance forward that can be used several different ways and really does a lot.
You know something about this awakening stuff? This opens a world were an old 5 stard could get an "awakening" and the be upgraded and thats really cool.
Because the MC is not summonable, but march 7 is and this changes everything :D
personally i'd pick gallagher as using hunt march leaves you with one less sustainer

I already have e6 Luka and e4 Gallagher. Luka is a great breaker if you build him right. I just built Acheron and got 35 stars on the MOC.

Luka is great, but sushang is also functional enough in basically the same niche where as only gallagher does what gallagher does
I don’t think we can choose the free 4 star from the same options as before. But if you can choose from these two, I’d recommend Gallagher more since Xueyi is a decent breaker anyway.
Gallagher is better imo lol. I built Luka, who’s also e6 and Ngl I regret it lol. To me, I prefer Gallagher. Also although this is a f2p account, I do hope you’ll pull firefly at least or start pulling on limited because I mean you do have 135 limited warps, and firefly is a pretty good grab, especially now that HSR has given u Harmony TB.
Also that ending with persona 4 music was hella hype.
Gallager is godlike for break effect teams and ultra break teams as well, really broken xd
I say get Gallagher getting free units that can heal is such a struggle I feel as you only have Natasha for heals plus his skill can also remove rebuffs just like her and he’s also real good with keep team alive

Gallagher to round out your break teams, Luka is cracked but you already have Sushang so the niche is kinda covered. Gallagher is really good even without the e2 cleanse.

You can use gallagher as a sustain on every super break team (For a little bit of extra damage). You will only use luka on physical weak enemies (Still really strong because of the bleed break and bleed proc).
Honestly It's up to you since I did not test it, but I supose that Sushang is good enough for SUPER BREAK.

Galagher is probably better than Luka, because he is a break effect abundance, so he pairs well with Harm MC and is still an abundance.
Gallagher is the better pick since you are getting a free xueyi, you can run a superbreak team with harmony mc Gallagher Xueyi and maybe Sushang

I think Gallagher might be a better pick. If you use Hunt path March 7th (assuming she is break oriented) & since break meta is coming around, Gallagher really helps with that.
I think Sushang does what Luka will do(?) at e0 to an extent & technically you do have Lynx & Nat for 2 sustains but Gallagher is really versatile imo & better because of break meta
It would be better to pick gallager for his diversity in different team comps and a great break team option
Luka Gallagher is also the big choice for my own no pull account. 1 hand is telling me to play Luke because I never used him before on other accounts and i know he is good amd versatile but Gallagher is just really strong especially with the break meta coming in , probably one of our better sustains and really easy to build though lack of cleanse makes him a bit worse at e0. My choice ? Probably Gallagher because we get a free xueyi. We pretty much get a free Break team with HMc Xueyi and Gallagher with Pela probably our last unit. I have tried this team on my main with E5 hmc e3 Galla and E0 Xueyi and the results are honeatly really nice. I think he is just more synergistic and less redundant compared to lula who while strong and enable nihility path in Sim universe quite a bit, can kinda be replaced by sushand for a break unit, meaning his versatility isn't that big of a tradeoff honestly. But In my opinion both options really good i still might change my opinion later tbh.
If March is a good breaker then i will use harmony Trailblazer and (in my head anon) her 2 girlfriends, March and Firefly! Also funny how both of them use 2 swords, i love it!

def gallagher. Harmony TB, Gallagher, xueyi, and peela is unironically a good team and could be the one to help you clear moc. Harmony tb has super break, xueyi is a great super break dps, gallagher boosts break more with his ult and will also do good damage with super break plus he is sp positive with basic ult basic combo, and peela can def shred which is one of the few things that can boost super break more. the only downside is gallagher has no cleanse in his base kit,

Galaghar, has been the best unit i built. He synergises greatly with Xuyei and HTB for super break. He has been solo sustaining me through most of the game and he's not fully built (i probs can build him to be better, but he already is enough)
