The current hurdle is raising all of the new characters for standards tickets and team building, though he might have more than enough resources due to raising so few characters.

Gallagher Yukong Or Dan Heng I got some from the events or temporary banners, but I never got any of the characters mentioned above during my 300 warps 💀 Almost only cones, Xueyi or Luka
