I was really amazed at all that incredible insight and contrasting between death and life that you were able to get from just that one verse. Unfortunately, for me, I have no clue and no one to sit down with me and show me how to study the Bible, including verse mapping, but I am seriously hungry to learn how to do this form of Bible study. I have some questions regarding verse mapping if you have time to answer: *1. Just how much of a learning curve is there to learning how to verse map? In other words, how long does it take to learn, and is it fairly simple once you understand how to do it?* *2. Exactly how many tools do I need to do verse mapping?* All I have is my NLT Bible, my very old (but still in very good shape) NIV Bible Concordance, my not too in-depth Warren Wiersbe Bible commentary, a couple of red ink pens, and a few colored Sharpie pens, but not much else, and *_not enough in my budget to purchase anymore tools, such as a new Bible with cross references or a study Bible._* All I have are the few things I mentioned, and nothing more. *3. Is there a right or wrong way to verse map?* *4. If not, can I then combine different tips from different verse mapping videos I've watched on UA-cam, or should I stick to just one method?* *5. Does verse mapping involve doing word studies, such as one can do on Bible Hub?* *6. Are word studies easy to do?* Can I still learn to do verse mapping from just these few things? Again, they are: -NLT Bible -NIV Bible Concordance -Warren Wiersbe Bible commentary -a couple of red ink pens -a few colored Sharpie pens *7. Are crayons or colored pencils a good option if I don't want to use my colored Sharpie pens?* Thanks so much for your time.
Absolutely love how simple and intriguing verse mapping is! The revelation about a religious elite and Pharisee working together to bury Jesus is SUCH a strategic move by GOD! This is another confirmation for those who believe Jesus is not real. Not just believers believed; GOD used nonbelievers as well.
Wow. This is dope. I often read multiple translations and sometimes use Strong's or Vine's but Ive never taken it this much further. This was extremely helpful. Cant wait to try it out.
@@faithfamilyworldwide Ha! Why am I just seeing this? LOL. I posted my first verse map in the Faith Mamas app. It was an amazing experience and I can't wait to try it again soon. Thank you for this video content.

Hi Dominique! I really love your way of verse mapping and the way you explain it. I think I’ve watched a dozen video tutorials and I just couldn’t figure out if verse mapping was for me. Your video has really encouraged me to dive into it! I just subscribed to your channel and I’m excited to watch more of your videos!
Great visual for people. I like to read with you using the NLT the first time and then an Amplied version the second time. I also write out the verses from both translations because when some words are omitted, added, or even used differently, I see two different things. I'm very fascinated that the more I reflect, dig deeper, or start asking questions on what words are represented, I start to see a mental image or idea. I'm often reminded of songs that help say what some of these verses are about. Just like today...as soon as I heard you read the verse about Jesus being buried near a garden I immediately thought of the song: Graves Into Gardens! Then reading the lyrics of the song I was like...💡💡💡 so many thoughts, pictures etc came to mind!!! 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻 I love how you share some of the history behind who the verses are talking about too, it helps with understanding what is actually going on. Great video! Great tips! Keep sharing!! ✝️💫❤
Just be careful with elevation music.same with Hillsong and bethel. Ok if the lyrics are biblical, but many of their lyrics are not. And the movements these churches are caught up in are scary. Be aware.
@Rachel thank you. Yes, discernment is key. I think we need to use discernment with everything we read, see, hear etc, but I think it's also important not to dismiss something altogether because of something. I think it can also become dangerous to focus too much on the legalistic side of information (meaning, spending too much time looking for something wrong, as in a song by one of the artists mentioned. In doing so, people often miss the intent of a song, or the beautiful message. I do understand what you're saying about being aware. I believe you're advising those who do not know Scripture so that they don't RELY on other people's interpretations. Definitely good advice to beware by knowing Scripture SO THAT you can discern what aligns with the Word. Thank you for sharing. 🕯️💖✨💫
Great job Dominique. It was such a blessing to me, to watch you do your scripture mapping technique. Thank you for sharing my sister, and God bless you.

Great techniques, Dominique! I use similar tools which include the Strong's Concordance.
