Bevel gauges that are built in should never be used when an accurate setting is needed. Even those on my expensive machine tools aren’t exact. They’re there to get you close.
Thanks Mel, that's a fair comment. The Grizzly might be OK if the bevel measurement was made with another tool. But having said that, the bevel adjustment on the Grizz is flimsy.
