Header and Front pipe Part number S2V18E3NA020T.
Cat Back Muffler Part number S2V18E3KD065T.
AVOTurboworld's Gen 3 Unequal Ceramic Coated Headers and full exhaust for the XV 2.0L 2018+ model offers improved flow and a deep, smooth sound. With this manifold it helps with quicker response over the standard factory OEM manifold and with the correct supporting parts you can see a 15% power increase over the stock Hp. Includes Studs & Nuts. It also includes a 2 1/2" cat pipe. The pipe section includes a 5" body cat converter and is 2.5" stainless steel all the way through to the next join. The next pipe has a resonator and is 2.5" stainless steel to the next flange. AVO have also fitted a stainless OEM style flex as it is required with the replacement of the factory OEM version. Without the donut gasket and OEM spring loaded bolt setup then your headers and any welds forward of the flex are prone to cracking. The stainless flanges are a lost wax stainless casting that are 13mm thick and will not warp under the harshest of conditions. The thickness of our exhaust tube is 1.5mm which is thicker than most aftermarket front pipes. This helps with noise absorption and with longevity of the product.

I sounds sweet. With the manual trans you’ll at least make some noise as your revving to 5k+ off the line. It’s pricey but is a jewel of a stainless with the off set exhaust manifold rumble. Face it Crosstrek is a crossover. One that has a 13-1 steering ratio, low center gravity boxer w awd nice for spirited cornering. Tack on the AVO and enjoy rowing the gears. $2500 pricey but for Michigan winters the Stainless will stand up against the salted roads.
I recently installed these headers, and Avo doesn't seem to want to let my review onto their site I guess because they don't want negative reviews. At 8:08, you hear that tinny high pitch rattle sound under acceleration? That noise can be heard again at the end of the video during the acceleration. It will drive you crazy. It's the resonator vibrating like crazy making that noise. My cold air intake only makes it worse. You will gain low end torque, while losing high end torque, which the cold air intake then makes up for so performance wise, it's a lot better. But you don't get a clean subbie rumble. It's fouled up by that high pitch rattle, which the engineers at Avo Turboworld say is "normal". I would not recommend these and look for alternatives. Now I have to go to an exhaust shop to determine the best solution to fix this sound.
I can't speak for anyone else, but I'd certainly be interested in an update if you have one.
I have a custom tomei I would like to hear this on my car with that exhaust saving up for it
This whole setup is like 2000 or 2500 bucks. If they dont show hp numbers than why are we going to pay for sound? Might as well get an axleback.

The headers should be a factory option with a sports exhaust. Sounds great. Needs a quad tip option... Have you put it on the dyno yet?

Sounds good! Crosstrek does not run the FA20 motor though....it has the FB20. I had the FA20 in my previous 2016 WRX.

How different is the crosstrek from the Impreza, would this fit on a 2019 Impreza as well?
Touge Films yes! everything minus a few suspension parts are interchangeable between them, the cross trek is just a lifted Impreza.
You still work at ipd?
Will you need to modify the ECU? I’ve read that modifications may affect the warranty claim if that mod can be shown to be the proximate cause of the warrantied component failure. In most cases, mods to cat backs are allowed but downpipes or headers are whole different story.
That's my worry. I bought a 2022 Impreza hatchback and installed a Nameless quad tip exhaust. And I love the sound, but I would really love it with that Subie Rumble!

Transmission has nothing to do with exhaust. Yes, it would work.

Is it truth that a car will lose some Power with UEL Headers ?
You will gain power from this because it flows better. I notice a fair bit more power. But normally, yes, Equal length will give more power than UEL.
I went with a nameless performance muffler delete for like 200 bucks.
I got the Quad tip muffler set up and love the sound.
Ya that looks like Quality and sounds great but to loud on highway. Is that header ceramic coated high temperature paint or is it gonna RUST???

Its full 304 Stainless Steel, Flanges and all it will never rust.

MrTheurucan so the Subaru levity is actually a fa20f engine so it’s quite different from the cross trek dude to the fa series being lighter, it doesn’t share the same block

too shiney for the Crosstrek crowd. If you coat all of the pipes black, then they (Crosstrek owners) might go for it. Remember, Crosstrek owners drive through dirt, mud, shallow streams and a highly polished exhaust it the last thing I would want to worry about...plus, it lives under the car. Shiney is for the BRZ/86 population.

Sounds horrible, waste of money. I’ve got a custom 2” cat back to a 4” tip. Cost me like 40 bucks, it pops and bangs like crazy and has the subie rumble, for a fraction of the price

Jt Szwanki I’m a welder by trade, and I have had enough cars that I’ve cut off mufflers and piping here and there that I made my own. I unbolted the exhaust from the cat (which is in line with the front wheels) and welded pipe about 13 feet down the center, utilized the hangers that were already there, and welded like a 40 dollar 16” 4” outlet stainless truck exhaust from Canadian tire 🤣 🤣 NOREGRETS!
To be honest that sounds horrible, its too "tinny" a nameless axleback sounds better than this..

Probably a worthless...expensive system....plus labor...I would recommend leaving it stock...probably voids warranty too...put your money in a good set of tires...It is AWD....and a nice set of seat covers and floor mats.....Pratical things for a practical car....Subaru sells 300 HP models for upgrading performance......"THINK"
