    Nice, Just bought your new snorkel friendly Jimny Airbox, Hi Torque exhaust and want to get your AVO extractors and tune package. I'm guessing I'll get similar results to your dyno test. Is there a noticeable difference in mid RPM range? I see the Torque curve is very consistent between 3500-4500 RPM. Thanks

    I very like how the ZN6's turbo kit looks and the way it delivers power. As a 2022 GR86 owner, I have been waiting for AVO to make a turbo kit for the ZN8. Hopefully, they can have the kit developed soon.

      there are no turbo kits on the market right now, it took a while to unlock the ECU so the car can get tuned, HKS is selling a supercharger already and is at the end of development on a turbo kit. HKS makes really goos stuff especially turbo kits but people are split on the superchargers, some say the hks ones are not the best while others say they are amazing, in my opinion I would wait for the turbo kit from HKS

    Will you need to modify the ECU? I’ve read that modifications may affect the warranty claim if that mod can be shown to be the proximate cause of the warrantied component failure. In most cases, mods to cat backs are allowed but downpipes or headers are whole different story.

      That's my worry. I bought a 2022 Impreza hatchback and installed a Nameless quad tip exhaust. And I love the sound, but I would really love it with that Subie Rumble!

    I recently installed these headers, and Avo doesn't seem to want to let my review onto their site I guess because they don't want negative reviews. At 8:08, you hear that tinny high pitch rattle sound under acceleration? That noise can be heard again at the end of the video during the acceleration. It will drive you crazy. It's the resonator vibrating like crazy making that noise. My cold air intake only makes it worse. You will gain low end torque, while losing high end torque, which the cold air intake then makes up for so performance wise, it's a lot better. But you don't get a clean subbie rumble. It's fouled up by that high pitch rattle, which the engineers at Avo Turboworld say is "normal". I would not recommend these and look for alternatives. Now I have to go to an exhaust shop to determine the best solution to fix this sound.

    So at the beginning of the dyno run just as the throttle was smashed you are saying there was a 25lb\ft torque difference? And it holds more power and torque at all RPM across the entire rev range? All with no tuning even? This goes against every single other test I have seen. Pretty impossible to see 25lb\ft increase at the point of throttle tip in. Something is fishy.

    Old BRZ needed a turbo to reach those number and at around 280 the engine would blow up after a couple of pulls.

    I see that torque dip that they seemed so proud to say was eliminated, looks just as bad as the 1st gen. WTH is with that?

      @@sevenphotos I have seen that said about the 1st gen. It seems to be said that any aftermarket header does the trick. Doesnt matter if its equal or unequal length. Personally I think that makes no sense. How can 2 totally different designs that give the engine different characteristics have an effect on the middle of the powerband? Some headers make more high end power, some are more for low end torque. I think that is all a myth. Its all in the tune, headers have nothing to do with it. My understanding is the dip happens at a changeover point in the dual injection setup. If graphed with the A\F ratio you can see a change in the ratio all through the dead spot. Im convinced the header was just some marketing scheme.

      @@S.E.T.4Life Anything is better than the 1 gen cars. The fact that there is more torque and it peaks lower in the RPM will certainly make it feel better. But I have now seen 2 dynos that very clearly show a big dip. It baffles me. Im sure it can be tuned out, I just dont understand why.
