This may sound a bit conspiratorial, but I feel like it would stand to reason that a drop in testosterone would result in men acting less like men, and perhaps more like women. The APA considers "Agreeableness" to be a more female trait, and considers men more disagreeable. People who are more agreeable are easier to control, more trusting, and more likely to accept a raw deal. Wouldn't it stand to reason that a government would prefer this in a populace?
But the effect is depression, lack of energy, withdrawal, and lack of interest in family none of which make for an "agreeable" disposition.

Shamanbear Two once they’re inside you it’s hard to get them out them because endocrine disrupting hormones begin accumulating in utero. I would suggest trying to reduce contact as much as possible with endocrine disrupting chemicals through using glass, try to know where your food comes from, and read more about it so you can be an informed consumer. Got in a divorce with the love of my life. Before divorce was feeling low energy, was depressed, fatigued, moody, etc. by the grace of god I was at a bbq where this was discussed. I was treated successfully for low T for 10 years. Also taking statins. T below 150 without treatment. Jan 2019 made a personal decision to stop taking statins. By May 2019 T went up to 480 no treatment. T is made from cholestetol. Just tested again. T 501 no treatment.
Wow. I have Low-T and never took a statin drug. But still, statins are horrible. Most men over 40 where I work are taking statins.

i crashed at 39 with testosterone hovering around 200. the drs put me on a test replacement injection once every three months or something. the shot didn't replace my testosterone it supplanted it with something like testosterone that didn't have the same effect. after about a year they took me off the drug because of my age and safety concerns. since then I have recovered my testosterone testing as high as 800 in my mid forties. i would say stress, bad diet and lack of rest are the main cause. if you're rested, healthy and well fed you can resist stress and you have extra energy.bad diet is probably the main issue with processed foods, transfats and sugar being the main culprits. i purchased a RO water system because I know the well water in my city was making me sick. i experimented after getting well i drank the well water and became ill with parasites again. water borne parasites aren't even treated anymore and when you get stomach problems that won't go away this is likely parasites its the most common disease that's never treated, tested for or even talked about by western drs. i had a number of serious parasites including a tapeworm and other gut worms. i have since changed my entire life and the way I live and I have recovered almost completely aside from permanent damage. eat fresh food drink filtered water stop watching tv and facebook and twitter. get more sleep and get more exercise. take back your life from the profiteers that just want to sell you trash and make money off of you. everyone is out to get you in this capitalist utopia you're the target you have to protect yourself. you might say im being paranoid maybe I am but I'm really waking up to the complete assault on the human condition and I'm trying to protect myself and stay healthy. if you don't do the same to protect yourself you're going to die. I have been considering TRT. My doctor has told me that I suffer from low testosterone and that was 10 years ago. I didn’t feel it was necessary at the time as I looked and felt in great shape. I am considering it now though.
The main issue for me is that I know once I start it will be something I need to do for the rest of my life as once you introduce testosterone into the body, the body will stop producing it and may even permanently shut down testosterone production.
GodWorksOut so try doing it naturally and then do TRT if that doesn’t do the trick. Doing it naturally just takes a whole lot more work, but even if it doesn’t work and you need to do TRT at least you have the good habits in place to supplement TRT. As he said, it doesn’t matter if you’re on TRT, all his solutions still apply.
Once on injections every two weeks a trip to the Doctors office is worth it to feel alive for a few days is worth it.

Surprised he hadn't heard of boron and it's effect on T - quick look on online and can find science-backed articles on it. One of the few supplements that I found a noticeable effect from. Also, he didn't seem to answer much about the questions on SHBG, didn't clarify that. We can't avoid plastics entirely (for example I buy wild salmon that's frozen and wrapped in plastic, cannot avoid unless you are wealthy) so wish he spent more time giving practical advice everyone can follow. But overall a good talk and good for him for pushing the issue more.

This is all great, the talk about it, going in depth to analyze all the stuff that is causing this. But i think the funniest thing is that we got like hundreds of videos or even people like this guy that talk about variety of different bad lifestyle patterns that we all like to yap about but the truth is no one is doing anything about it. I have multiple forms of cancer, most likely from time in combat. It messes with my immune system and causes bad rashes if I eat the wrong thing. One of those things is wheat. Cutting all wheat and gluten from my diet has had a massive effect on my body. From time in service, I accumulated many injuries, like most other solders. It was a morning routine to pop out all the fluid in ever joint, and the pain was constant. Back, knees, angle, shoulder... The missing pain was the first thing I notice after two weeks. The next thing I noticed was the weight. I thought I was sick (sicker than normal due to cancer) but it was that my body now access and burn fat, where as when I was eating foods with fillers, that function was being blocked. Now, I can eat any food, no matter how fattening and wont gain weight. As good as it is, I would not recommend this diet for anyone as it is so hard to follow. Gluten and fillers are in EVERY food. I rash up if I have some, so I know where it is hidden. Its an all or nothing deal. It won't work if you 'cut back'. You have to completely eliminate it and even then it take two weeks to clear out of your system.
Free test makes a huge difference when increased and shbg lowered.

Dr Gaipin, please clarify your choice of a water filter in that charcoal removes endocrine disruptors. All reverse osmosis filters use a charcoal filter to remove the chlorine so the added filters in an RO system should render a purer form of water compared to a Berkey water filter, assuming the RO system uses BPA free plastics.
Solid block carbon filters are by far the best at filtering herbicides, pesticides, EDCs, and VOCs (volatile organic compounds).
RO is better at filtering other contaminants like fluoride and arsenic, but it also filters necessary minerals like calcium and magnesium and wastes a ton of water in the filtration process.
The key here is that many RO filters now also include an activated carbon filter as well, so you get the best of both worlds with those.
The African continent is not affected the same way. Most African males outside the U.S have very high t levels.

Stop eating grains, soya, beans, wheat, American fast food.... my testerone is super high, but I still have massive inflammatory problems due to my American diet addictions. Deep stretch an hour per day, squats and pull ups boost testosterone regularly as you can perform them.
Reverse osmosis has carbon and it's final output is way cleaner than a Berkey drip filter. Not to say Berkey is bad it's not just that's wrong to say it's superior to RO drinking system which is typically 5 stages including 3 carbon and can have more stages such as UV.

Hey you guys seem to have some knowledge of water filters. What about distillers? RO has like 10-20 PPM right whereas distilled water has 0. Doesn’t differ much so wondering whether distilled water really is dangerous to drink.
