The stained doors & trim gave this home a 1960's look IMO. I liked it. If possible I would close off the 2nd office from the dining area and add that space to the laundry room, making it a pantry & laundry room combo. Personally, I would have no use for a wet bar. Maybe that space could be used to expand the front office. Overall the house is very nice.
Interesting home. That bar area looks like it's in a whole new different house, it doesn't look like the rest of the homes interior. Also seems like there should be a half bath on the other side of the house somewhere.

I love this house; the separate entrance to either the basement or main floor is very well thought out. I love the zero barrier shower. I would eliminate the dry bar completely and change out a few minor choices elsewhere, no big deal.

Love this home, but the main bath not having a separate door would bother me so much. There are smells that are fine in the bathroom that I do not want in my bedroom, and having a door to close means airborne bacteria that occurs when you flush doesn't go quite as far. I'm sure that's something they could add, or a pocket door could be added easily, just something that occurred to me.
Nice place. I'd use that Flex Room as a guest sitting room and that big closet as a Coat Closet. That other Coat Closet is too tiny. Just put shelves in it for storage. I'd reverse the door going into the garage by the basement stairs so the possibility of the doors hitting each other could not happen...have it swing into the garage. The current Utility Room I'd turn into a Pantry\Broom Closet. Make the Pocket Office area the Laundry. Block off the door into that area from the Dining Room and put the doorway from the new Pantry. One last thing, move the microwave making it an insert to the tall cabinet to the right of the range, counter height. I lied, one more one more thing...make that bar or wine area just tall cabinets for storage. I'm a non drinker, don't need that as a bar area.
This is a great layout for a roommate, mother-in-law, or adult child at home living situation. The modest footprint keeps things affordable, but people can still have their own space(s). The only thing I'd do differently is make the 4-season room a screened porch instead.
Actually it was quite nice. I believe you in particular would like it because the cabinets, molding and doors, match the color of your beard. I noticed that 2 doors need to open away from the person opening them rather than towards them in the confined hall space.

Too bad they used 90s light fixtures, faucets, trims, and cabinets... It's hard to unsee that. Makes it so dated
This house looks like something put of the 60s. The plain doors with the yellowish stain. The layout of the kitchen. Even the window treatments.
