2016 price $540,000.00………Mar or April of 2021 listed for $600,000.00. Around Aug/Sept of 2021 listed for $1.8 million, around March or April of 2024 listed for $1.9 million. In less than a year it jumped up to $3,300,000.00……………I really don’t see people paying for inflationary prices. I wouldn’t pay over a million dollars for this place. On a positive note, it is rated an A on Crimegrade........
