Oddly TEMU do some good stuff too
What, no male dreads? :)
Don't forget to pin your comment! 🖤
Haha, that's funny to me cuz I don't live that far away from the famous bridge and actually found out about Eisenfunk about a year ago even though I'm not Cybergoth. Thanks for the awesome video :D
I really think an airbrush set up with body paints and stencils could achieve a lot of the things you two try to free hand.
There is a channel I follow who does body art who was one of the pioneers of the medium.
Most of his intricate work was done with stencils. Especially handy to duplicate a shape over and over.
Interesting. Here in Germany you can still find lots of Cybergoths, you just have to be at the right kind of club. Otherwise yeah, they don't seem to appear in public anymore. The Cybergoths at my favourite club always looked stunning to me and I have a deep interest in Cyber related stuff because of them.
Funny you should say that because Cyber Goth seems like a very German kinda scene.😉👍✨
@@gringogreen4719Home of aggressive industrial dance music.
There are a couple of cybergoths who sometimes turn up to local goth nights here. No idea where else they hang out.
As an American cybergoth, I am like a unicorn, but Europe and South America are crawling with cybergoths. It's going to be a long journey across the wasteland to find anyone else who had enough gas masks, goggles, and platform boots to survive the end times...
The full look is a lot of work even if you get fast at it. Most cybergoths go with like a goth/office casual/technocrat fascist supervillain look during the work week. At least me and the ones I know. Sometimes they hang on to traditional goth as a daily look.

Hey, I actually had my eyes closed!
I told Conor some people would be good and actually keep their eyes closed hahah
Same >w
I remember the first time I saw a cybergoth in NYC club around the 1998-2000 era. I didn’t know what they were called. I made up my own name for them, “The Yarn Hairs”.😁 Lynn really nailed the look! 👏 🖤🦇💀🕷️
We called them Falls.
I was a cybergoth for the late 90s-00s, You did very well!!🎉
You both look great! Each of you killed it with your makeup and the fits.
Thank you so much ❤️🖤
It needed more dancing! :)
I loved this one. I am an old goth (50) and never did this style or goth style anymore but I love the music, one of my favorite sub genres.
You both looked great.
I prefer Elder Goth, personally.🖤
@@MeganBeckerWe just dress lazy. Black dress, knee high boots…moderate jewelry. At least me.
@wildmarjoramdieselpunk6396 I prefer "casual goth" 😆 you're right, tho.
@@wildmarjoramdieselpunk6396 I don't knock the simple lazy look though. I call it "relaxed" however because it can still look great.
@@LameMule Truth. :)
I always love your videos. You two nailed the aesthetic, but the dancing gave you away. You had fluid "goth-y" arm movement instead of the "I'm fighting an invisible ninja" cybergoth arms.
Hahah thank you! We had no music on and people looking at us 😂😂💀💀 Next time we need some tutorial
Just became obsessed with you guys, cannot wait for this ep !!
Thanks so much! We hope you enjoy it 🖤🦇❤️
- How do you breathe in that mask?
- That's the neat part, you don't 😂
So glad to see some cybergoth appreciation from you guys 🖤 Great looks, both or your make ups turned out to be gorgeous! For my personal taste Lynn's eye makeup looked more cyber goth before adding a lot of black, but it did go well with the outfit in the end. Also I feel like denim is not really a fabric that would give you a futuristic look, I would go with any other fabric for the jacket. Also obsessed with that chain on the pants, I feel like I need a pair just for that chain 🔥
Respect for the little industrial dance, I would never be confident enough to record myself doing that before months of practice 💪
so happy you are talking about this at all
I'm the cybergoth you met on Saturday in Dublin. Had to go back and check this out. You both did great! Would have loved to see brighter contrasting colours. I don't really do makeup. I do find the cyber gear comfortable except my current demonia boots.
Awesome! Thank you haha you looked amazing and thanks for taking the time to talk to us as well 🙏 if you want to see the video before it comes out and you have Instagram then please hit us up there and we'll send you an unlisted link a day or two before 🦇
Gosh, the masks. After trying to carry on a few of the weekly events at Death Guild (San Francisco) during the pandemic and having to attempt vigorous dancing with various types of masks... I concur, I have no idea how Cybergoths do it.
Cyborg and raven from teen titans have a baby.
I was thinking she looked so much like Argent from Teen Titans, it’s awesome to see someone else thinking TT as well!
I was never really into dressing up past the Doc's, the Black Levi's jeans, a band t-shirt and my leather biker jacket (which I still have, since 1985) that said, I love this aesthetic and I think you both pulled off the Cyber Goth look really well!!! Like you Connor, I'm liking the vest and could see me wearing it on a daily basis. Thanks so much for taking the time to introduce us to these factions of Goth. Not only are these episodes fun, they also "Show" the transformation from base to ballistic!! Take care - Dave
you guys look amazing. y'know in the 90s when there only 4 or 5 of us goths around i never thought it would catch on and have subgenres but looking back on what we wore, we all had out unique takes on it. Damon tended towards more like victorian vampire gothy kinda stuff. Holly was black fishnets, black short-short almost daisy dukes shorts band t-shirts, and betty page kinda bangs. Gen was like black dresses and really big poofy curly dark hair. I was black 501s with holes in the knees, black turleneck, big ol wafflestomper steel toe boots, black leather jacket, gold rimmed lennon sunglasses or welding goggles and my hair in perfectly gridded little pin-spikes and i'd wrap belts and cordage around random bits of myself as accessories. the creativity ive seen on the occasion that i get to see goths anymore makes me happy. i love the cybergoth aesthetic and wish we would have had access to the stuff yall have nowadays back in my day. keep doing what yall are doing and if anyone doubts or hates, remember there is an OG goth (or i guess rivet maybe?) that is living vicariously thru you. its your time now, seize the night and make it yours.
I actually love the circuitry makeup look! You did good! Cybergoth was a memorable period of when I was breaking out into adulthood and accepting myself as being goth, so I'm always happy to see homage to that style and the music.
Oh fuck, the good old cyberlox, nice to know that they are still around. Was heavy into cyber for a few years, still have all my outfits somewhere in a box. This video makes me really nostalgic. You two look really good! Well done. And remember, Duck And Cover!
Yessss I love this! I watch a lot of industrial dance videos and I looove the Cybergoth look, you both did an amazing job!
We definitely need to work on our dance moves 😂 Thank you so much ❤️🖤🦇
@@RandomGothCoupleMaybe you needed to find an underpass? :)
@@wildmarjoramdieselpunk6396 Failing that, smoke and strobe lights can make most things look cooler.
@@ThreadBomb Or a fence. I helped run an industrial/alternative club in the 90s and one of my friends literally put a chain link fence in between the band area and the dance area.
idk why but after the eyeshadow I was thinking lynn looked like a kyoshi warrior from avatar
Ohh I see it but I felt more like a Gerard Way Revenge 😂😂
That's crazy how I was just serching for some Cybergoth media and you guys pop up!
You guys looked great!!! ☢️☣️☢️☣️🦇🦇🦇
Makeup is way too caked on vs what we actually had going on at the turn of the century, but it suits you both quite well. Most folks i remember who did masks didn't have the heavy foundation and heavy makeup in general usually just drawn brows and some eyeliner or small amount of eyeshadow. How do you breathe in the masks? Most of the old spray paint/particle masks we used looked similar to the one you wear in the video have removable/replaceable filters in the round bits at the sides. Don't use the filters replace them with some black screen or metal mesh material. also there is usually rubber one way valves that only let air in through the filter ports and out through the center area. you can rip those out to make it open air flow. All that being said, you two look great in this vid. love your content!
I absolutely adore these looks on you both! Absolutely knocked it out of the park! Would have loved to have seen the green on you! I can’t eyeliner whatsoever 😂 I still try my best! My goal is to someday get batwing liner down!!
Looking gorgeous as always, I love watching your videos you've taught me so much about goth culture
Cybergoths were very popular in Germany and at Slimelight in London. I hung out in the cybergoth clubs from 2001 to 2013, when my knees stopped me from dancing. They were everywhere that I went. I was hooked on the music and the wonderful hairdos. So surprised that you didn't see any. The festivals like Mera-Luna and WGT were the best places to go.
This is video is so awesome. I was really anticipating when you guys were going to do cybergoth and both of you did such an amazing job. I'm in love with both the fashion and the music. I really hope to see more of this in the future 💚🖤
Thank you so much! It was definitely one we wanted to do later because it's so different for us and we needed time to figure it out but we are super thankful for the brands we worked with for this one! We would like to try it again and maybe try some more dancing 😂We need practice! ❤️🖤🦇
EBM/Aggrotech is one of my subgenres of goth music. I love it.
You guys actually pull the look off so well 🔥 love the details with the liner
Hi ! I'm cybergoth from 15 years. Now i'm 37 and still in cybergoth subculture 😊 its not a phase ! I breath in mask normaly 😅 i sew them by myself. Generaly you have done great work on discription about this style ! High five ❤ also thank you for discounts to shops ❤ greatings from Poland ! Btw your TT link is not working 😢
I bless Coal Chamber for introducing me to metal in the way back when days of the mid 90s, which while not industrial still led me to KMDFM which eventually led to my love of aggrotech which I still thoroughly enjoy. I still remember the KMFDM/Combichrist tour back in 2006 where the guitarist stuck his boot right into my mouth as I was getting pushed over the amp from the crush. Full on dirty rubber to gums. It was pretty gross. Memorable though apparently.
The Cyber look never was my thing but it was always so much fun seeing just now much fun other people had with it. They'd go all out and it always made club nights great.
Hi Conor, I love that sleeveless jacket. You could reuse it if you make a video about the deathrock look. I hope that is an idea that is on your list?
Connor! Your makeup looks great.. if you want to do a “perfect” line, use eye makeup on the edge of a plastic store card and press it against your face
Or press a clean card edge against your skin to mark a perfect line and use the make up to trace the indent
Both of you guys' makeup looks incredible!!! I love cybergoth, I was an impressionable kid when it was super popular and I was just enraptured with it! I thought "this is what the future is gonna look like" lol! Also petition to bring back Graver. That name is sick!
Lynn your facial expressions make the videos. You guys are so freaking adorable. So glad I found you guys! I’m not goth at all but I love it and mad respect
Think you both did a fabulous Cybergoth transformation.
I had periods when I took bits of it to my outfits.
Stay safe gorgeous Lynn and Conor 🦇🖤🖤🖤🖤🦇
Looks awesome though, also sick reveal clip! I could definitely see Conor wearing blue/black and Lynn wearing pink/black and both with cyberlox. I hope you do this again sometime 😊🖤
i've been very into cybergoth for the past couple of years and you pull it off very well!! thanks for making this video and doing it justice
Love it , really cool style. You both look amazing in cyber goth style 🖤♥️🥰
You both pulled it off. Love the content you guys create
Cyber Goth!! I love the looks 🖤🖤. It'd be fun to combine that look with Victorian goth ( that'll be totally mind-blowing)ok now I really want to try out the look. You guy's absolutely nailed that look. FAB-U-LOUS. Am totally going to have a good look at cyber Goth looks 🖤🖤🖤
I loved this! You two looked amazing as Cybergoths! Then again, you two ALWAYS look great! 😊 I really do enjoy these subculture videos. Keep up the great work! Thanks for always putting out great videos 🖤💕
Adorable, I really love it. That was so much fun 😊. I’ve never done this style before, and don’t feel it’s me; however who knows what the future holds. Great video 💜
Taking me back to my clubbing days, you both look great 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 would like to see Kawaii or creepy cute next 💖
I love these looks. I really like the attempt at cybernetic eyeliner. It's really hard to get right. I have never gotten it right. I wholeheartedly agree we need to bring back Graver. I'm putting that on a jacket or vest. It's sick as fuck. The gas mask might have some sort of valve that needs to be opened for ventilation, that's probably why it was so hard to breathe in. Either that or whoever designed that mask forgot to incorporate that so it's a functional piece. If there isn't something built in to it for ventilation you can probably drill little holes into it to give some airflow.
You both look great! Colin, you are too hard on yourself. You did a great job with your makeup and mask.
This is totally reminding me of DJ SiSeN opening for BLOOD and GPKISM in New York years ago
Coincidentally I was looking at cybergoth the last few days. It's sad to hear that they received hate in the past but good to know there are still people keeping it alive. I've been listening to and enjoying some EBM and futurepop; I'll have to check out aggrotech.
omg Lynn I love your final look, esp with the locs
I loved the hell out of this aesthetic but never went beyond the pants and some neon with my black. I probably should have delved into it more. I guess it's never too late...
You both look fabulous…pulled it off perfectly 🖤🦇
It came out amazing!! Love it!! 🖤
Y'all should do a how you met video. 🙂
They kinda did, pretty sure they said it in a QnA
Yesss this is true! We have talked about it in a Q&A awhile back but I think we need an updated Q&A and to go over some things again but we definitely recommend checking out the story in that video!
Lynn looks really cool! The outfit on Colin, I like, make up was cool, but I get it’s hard to do.❤
BAM 👊!!!! You both nailed it 👏. Great job.
This look is amazing. Would like to see Lynn with the pink and you with the green. Id like to try this look myself. ❤ love your videos keep up the awesome work 👏 ❤
You both look great! And it really does suit Lynn a lot! And Conor your eyeliner was just as great! Better than mine anyway lol. You both are such beautiful people. 🖤
Looks absolutely dope! I agree, why did they go away from Gravers. Way better name imo.
❤❤❤❤YOU GUYS KILLED IT!!!!!! GORGEOUS
I think the next episode of subculture styles should be vampire goth
that would be great
I had something like remotely near, and I used real respiratory protection. It had real filters, so breathing was not a problem. And, as it was covid time, it also protected me, :-) But if I would decorate one, I would probably use only covers, and have holes or something for air... But that would be my guess...
love this video, the red/black colour suits you both but would like to see different colours, but love what you chose. The masks can be difficult to breathe in unless you clear the filter port but you guys look brilliant. I always thought Cybergoths are the most colourful goths possible but love to see more styles. Thank you for the great video
very cool you and Lynn look awesome. I agree combat boots Connor.
I think you both nailed it and did a great job! The reveal clip was amazing, def a throw back
I LOOOVVE CYBERGOTHS ! You look so cool~
You two nailed it and looked great because you where happy and having fum
You both look amazing!!!
You both look amazing ^^
with all the under the bridge action going on, I am surprised that no mention of trolls was made.
perhaps it is I, who is the one trolling.
but honestly like a shadowrun cyborg troll, look.
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE cybergoth and the music...ALOT! 😎🤘🏻🥰🤗💖
Its raining here, why does it always rain! - 'It cant rain all the time' Eric - The Crow
Oh no wayyy! I think ye might have hinted at this, but great to see!
Love it!! 🖤
Coming into the scene from metal, industrial definitely scratched that itch for me wanting hard heavy music that wasn't metal at the time. I love them both still. Great video!
I love the cybergoth people and other Gothic music and things like that is so awesome things to do you guys rock the shock value in real time -DLH
Hey Lynn and Conor , Oh wow , You guys did an amazing job in The Cyber Goth Fashion, in fact I remember years ago at a convention in Australia, one of the Volunteers was dressed up in Black and Neon Green cyber punk goth, she was amazing in her outfit, she told me and my friend that she actually made her outfit from top to toe, it was incredible. 😊 😊 I absolutely love your cyber goth look, have a epic day today. 😊 😊
You guys look great, the outfits reminded me of Angelspit ❤
This was such a fun time in music and fashion. It was a hard time in the US post 9/11 and getting your frustration out on the dance floor in big stompy boots felt amazing.
You guys look awesome
Oh my goodness 😳 guys this style is pretty awesome definitely a futureistic goth style I am not gonna lie cybergoth and Cyber punk will never get old the cyber goth is definitely ahead of it's time too I can see cyberpunk being a good style in the year 💟3000
I've never done it, but I've always wanted to try to do a cybergoth look. I absolutely love the music and the dancing. I've wanted dread falls for multiple decades.
Apparently in the 90s Cybergoths used to be called gravers because it was Gothic Ravers or something like that is that true ?
You both look incredible!! I'm not too into doing the style of cyber goth on myself, but I love the music. I love drawing cyber goth characters, though. It looks really cool, but it also looks uncomfortable and like a lot of work. 😅
I like cyberpunk and I like goth, but I could never get into the fashion itself. My fashion sense is "does it look like I came from a dystopic future or a post apocalyptic future?" I'm a dork like that. My makeup idea would be green circuitry, like Shodan from system shock. Other than that, you guys did a good job.
You both look awesome, I've met a few cyber goths and they where all the nicest of people, I think you both did a excellent job with the cyber goth look
I love how comforrable you guys are, I wish I could express myself without torturing myself psychologically. But that's a me problem - you're great!
with you two, with or without makeup you both are so beautiful
Thank you 🖤
Just found the channel. Love the content. I always say I wear my goth on the inside. I am a boring t-shirts and leggings, middle-aged, stay-at-home mum but I drive my son and husband nuts listening to Aggrotech, EDM and various electronic music. lol
The local goth scene wasn't my thing when I was younger because I also liked heavy metal which was a big 'no no' and I didn't drink or do drugs. I wasn't straight edge... I was just a dork. haha
so to make straight lines, what if you got a clear drinking plastic bottle cut it up and made a template. you could dig one edge of the sharp cut plastic in to your skin, then draw the color along the straight edge of the plastic, then do the same for the other side of the line you want to make and fill the center in having a much easier time. I don't really use makeup so not sure how well it would work practically, just thinking how I would do it if I was painting something. you can use a exact-o knife to cut all sorts of shapes and designs you might want. if I were you I would try a black widow spider with small lines for hair on it's legs or maybe try a hawk face.
Love how it turned out! Though I don't dress cybergoth (just some elements of it) I gotta say the music is probably my favorite - according to my Spotify wrapped I listen to industrial/EBM/aggrotech more than I listen to goth/post punk, so perhaps I am a cybergoth at heart.
Conor is going to have a rude awakening when he actually tries to dance industrial with those wristbands haha. In my experience its best to go with the least amount of sharp and pointy bits as possible if you dont want to end up in the emergency room. Otherwise I really like your takes on Cybergoth
You two look great!!! All about what your idea of what Cybergoth should look like on yourselves.
You both did a very good job at it, I’ve always liked the cyber goth look but not enough to integrate the ascetic and at least for me was a look I probably would try to get into more as a teenager. I could definitely see Lynn turning it into kawaii also that was very clever how you did the sponsorship in the video
Of all places, I met a couple of cybergoths at a Ghost concert, lol.
I really like how this turned out.
Idea: if you guy's do this again add some silver, gold, and or copper to the circuit board work. I just think it would help your circuit work pop.
When I got back into the Goth Scene Cybergoth was big, and I have to admit the scene was fun. The dances were fun, not half as graceful as traditional goth styles but hell, who really cared? I never understood the angst I saw toward cybergoths I saw from the older goths, and frankly I don't think it helped anything. I adopted some aspects of the look for my own style. But remember again goth WAS common to have bright colors in their styles.
I miss the cyberpunk of the 80s and 90s when there were so many wires…pre Internet.
Good work. You both look like you could walk into our clubs in Los Angeles and be right at home.
YES you look great for the cybergoth movements and you still look right during the era of 2010--2015 i was there when the mixtapes first came out on myspace one girl from hamburg, germany night club curfew broke out back in jan 10th 2020!!-DLH
Goggles when straight from cyberpunk to steampunk for me! Some of the falls too!
You both look fantastic, I'm not into cyber goth myself but I love it on other ppl. You both are so talented and we love your vids.🦇🦇
I think you both did well with your looks! I have always been interested in trying a cyber goth look myself. I remember when I first started going to the goth nights here in Orlando there were a lot of cyber goths around. Recently there seem to be fewer but they come out once in a while. I saw quite a few the last time I went to EDC like 2022 ish. I hope they come back more I miss seeing them around 🖤
