if i live in Japan and money is not an issue, i would buy first 5 units (1:49) at the front and combine them into one large unit with a 1 car garage on either side (im talking about the 1st location)
the price of housing in japan is crazy.... i brought my house in france for 140 000 €... and it was build in 1959... and i have a lot of work to do in it ! recent house is like 200k 250k etc thinking you can get old house for 35k in japan...
I own 9 properties in saitama myself. It really depends on area. All mine are mainly on keihintohoku line which is a good line. I make videos just like this as well. I only do houses tho as I dont like strata fees.😅
I found it (my „watching“ channel, Vadim S). Will watch it properly later. It seems, at leats for me, buying to rent out is too much hassle for too little profit. I would rather buy a REIT on stock exchange. Thanks for sharing the info though!
The secon oupgrades plus the outside area is far nicer.would be a easy one to move into and then slowlt do n with a dresh coat of paint The lay out of the first one is far more livable being the wayy it is laifd out.The first one is way to much work for what you wil get outas far as resale value.
Rei-kun surely would want a nice garden and a more colorful view 🦜You should too! Don't settle for slums!
Price was not bad for most of them despite them needing a ton of renovations.

Why do you own 9 properties? Do you rent them out?
Live in 1. Use one as a man cave and rent the rest out. Actually created a course recently.

It looks like Akiya. :(
I wouldn’t buy it unless I was renovating it
Did you say Saitama? One punch man?
I don‘t watch it but yes, Saitama, a perfecture to the West of Tokyo.
