Favourite player from another Scottish club in the 2000's has to be Scott Brown, followed by Stuart Armstrong, along with Barry Robson and Paul Hartley. If you want to go further back it's Murdo McLeod , followed by Billy Stark , and Mark McGhee, and if you go way back the brilliant Steve Murray 🏴
The only two options we really have for young players to grow are to give them game time or a good loan move to get them up to speed. B Team is a waste of time.
Only way i can see any team in our league bringing in youth players up to first team players is the sfa needs to add in a rule that all cup games must have a set minimum amount of youth players on the field throughout the competition say 3 players need a minimum of 90 min throughout the time the team they are in lasts in the competition

That’s nearly 20 years neither Mcgreggor or Forrest came in and stated. We get to NcStay and before him Nicholas. That’s 44 years and Five players. Our Academy is woeful. There has been a lot of talk through the years about young players being lost to bigger clubs. Name me one who left us to a bigger club who has made an impact where they went. I’ll wait. We produce players for the Fleetwoods and Ross County’s of the world.
Put money into ICT and put half a dozen B Team players in that Team. Unofficial feeder Team for us to ground good prospect young players in a competitive league.
