      @@ValentínAlemVenturaFernández i've spent a couple of hours to try getting it back and it was a long time ago. I've already sold this scooter
      As far as I remember, the easiest way was to disassemble the unit further.
      As he is showing on 5:20 - remove the lower part that holds the spring, but I can be wrong as it was a year ago. But I definitely disassembled a few details more - that's for sure. And it took like 10 minutes to get it all back including the spring

    The video is a solid guide but it skips a step when attempting to reassemble the spring that holds up the actual foot stamp.
    The breakthrough for me was to remove the back wheel and disassemble the actual stamp brake itself. There are 3 screws on the bottom part of the brake lever that allow you to take off the outer shell. It turns out that that shell is what was causing the tension and making it difficult to reassemble the spring.
    Remove the upper part of the foot brake assembly and the spring will reassemble easily. After you’ve replaced the clips to hold on the assembly, add the upper part of the foot brake back on.

    Nice how you cut the video making it look easy to reinsert the pin through the spring and fender……took 4 hands and multiple tools to get it through everything.

      Tape up your rims and use tire pry bars and vaseline or soap you can also dremel the old wheel and install with first items mentioned.

      Just download a 3D model of a mud guard attachment and sent it to a 3D printing company. Solves the problem completely. Even in rain.

    Hi guys, could you make a video describing how to stop the rear suspension from squeaking. Also how to fix the rear axel from ratteling when riding over every tiny bump.

    • @Ninebotus
      @Ninebotus  6 років тому

      The rear spring suspension is squeaking? It's the the rattling you are talking about right?

    • @mpk2707
      @mpk2707 6 років тому +2

      Ninebot U.S. Hi, I've taken the rear suspension apart several times and have just yesterday come to the conclusion that it has to be the suspension that is rattling. The squeaking has slowly gone but the suspension rattles. As I can figure out it is the 2 outside plates that fix the suspension to the board that are ratteling. Metal against metal. I hope this makes sense to you.

    • @ittotaq
      @ittotaq 6 років тому +1

      Ninebot U.S. my rear axle rattles over every bump as well.

    • @brandusasimionescu325
      @brandusasimionescu325 6 років тому

      If you grease the 2 metal parts do they still rattle ?

    • @mpk2707
      @mpk2707 6 років тому +1

      Brandusa Simionescu Yes, it will still rattle as there are 2 fixing points on each plate. 1 is an axel type connection. The second part is not flush with the rest of the suspension. I guess this second part might be the one rattling. If there were a hard plastic insert for this I think most of the rattle might go away. I'm not sure though as there are a few other axles incorporated in the rear design.

      Remove the wheel to get more room for clearance

    • @MarkBradfield

      @@atrujillo7836 This works. Removed the wheel and you get an extra little bit of clearance than if the wheel is on. 1 min extra step but well worth it.

    The main question is where to get the replacement parts. Does anyone have a good suggestion?
    I didn’t find anything in the UK but found that brake on Russian market. So, I’m going to buy it there for 18£ and then send to UK for about 15-20£.
    God bless the mother Russia.
