We just bought this bottle and the P.X. Cask. We didn't really enjoy the Marsala Cask, but really loved the Madeira and especially the P.X. Cask. Looking forward to your reviews of all 3. We had just a single night in Dublin, and glad we stumbled on this product line!

I visited the distillery for a launch tasting, and they said that the casks they had for the Marsala didn't seem to give as much fruity flavours as they were expecting (maybe it was just those casks, the weather, or something else) so they're going to aim for more fruit in future releases
Just wondering if you are ever involved with the likes of Stories and Sips? They partnered up with Dunvilles again for a Palo Cortado 12 year cask strength, and I sadly missed it! Sounded rather exciting.
I've met Barry at a few events but no chance to collaborate yet though. I am on the committee for the Irish Whiskey Society, and we've done special bottlings, (including one from Dunville's) and they're really fun projects to be part of!
