I loved the combos in MK. The speed they were delivered at, together with the screams, blood, screen shake and heavy impact sound effects made them look really powerful.
I like how shad plays real. None of this TAS stuff etc. He gets hit and doesn't try to be "perfect" all the damn time. I love it. This is how playthroughs should be

I believe that's Cyrax before he went through the cyborg transformation. If I recall correctly, the Lin Kuei transformed him into a soulless cyborg and he hunted down Sub Zero for going rogue. He doesn't become a good guy again until his soul gets restored.
