Welcome to the Someone Who Comments Here Is Being Voted & Ejected From The Ship Club, how Someone Who Comments Here Is Being Voted & Ejected From The Ship are ya?
Honestly Man just deserves it at this point, consistent uploads, no cheap marketing, patience and dedication to getting all the secrets of the games and not to mention playing indie games in the first place, he's really a chad for playing these games and givin the spotlight to the otherwise typically overlooked genre
Finally, a yandere game where instead of being the victim all the time, you get to be the one watching it all unfold from both sides. This was a really nice spin on the yandere genre.
I now want a vn about a side character watching the yandere take out all of the victims possible love interest. The side character is fully aware of the chaos unfolding around them, and just doesn’t care. “Damn the class president just died…sucks to be him lol.”
Digit is the most advanced robot in this game. This robot has high machine learning algorithm to be able to make friends, to be able to run and hide when facing danger, and can make the decision to throw away stuff. Luna is the greater inventor than Melvin Edit: this robot has more balls than the other humans to be able to eject itself to save its creator.
I’m gonna be honest with you, as soon as I saw Sparks, my himbo meter went off and I was praying he’d end up with Luna since I knew it wouldn’t work out with Alex. I’m so glad it did, Sparks is so cute and makes Luna happy and feel loved.
I like how they portrayed the yandere personality as a moment of weakness, rather than a personality trait. It gives the circumstances a sense of believability. I mean, being in space and trying to kill everyone with robots isn't realistic, but I'm sure there's more than enough people who have gone a little crazy from stress and a catalyst.
I also kinda like the detail that she's missed her last several psych evaluations. Because of course a long term, mostly isolated voyage would have mandatory counseling. And this kind of behavior likely would have been caught early and dealt with if she had kept up with her sessions.
Luna : “Eden is beautiful, while I’m just weird and *ugly.”* *Also Luna : * Looks basically the exact same as Eden just with glasses and a different colour pallet-* *
@Astroblaze not really. This is something that is extremely common within the anime art style. Unless there is a significant gap in ages, most girls have the same facial features with the differences being eye color and hair style. In real life, it is far more complicated.
Honestly, not really. The hair doesn’t really share anything except for being long(Eden has longer side hair things in the front, Luna has that ahoge thingy, the bangs are completely different, and luna’s hair is more messy),Luna’s eye shaped is more wide and downturned, also Luna has a much pointier nose than Eden (not me comparing them after being a bit angry at this comment lmao)
My man Sparks is a true man of culture, after almost dying at the hands of a yandere, he still got the hots for her and didn't hesitated to confess to her after all of that. Spark's living the dream

I like how they named the two endings: Verdant Green and Perfect Blue, exactly what Eden used to describe Earth. The Verdant Green ending shows that they reach the new world's verdant green grass, and the Perfect Blue ending shows that Digit fell from the Perfect Blue skies. It's a really nice touch to the game.
Hey there, glad you liked it~! I didn't really get anything into the game and mostly was doing pre-alpha content, but they were nice enough to put me into the credits all the same. The interesting but easy to follow characters in their earlier stuff drew me in originally too. I want to list the details that I feel really flesh out her character and avoids most pitfalls of the yandere trope. Keep in mind, I'm not a mental health expert, I'm just someone who is attending therapy sessions myself and have an interest in the psychology of characters. 1. Luna admits straight up that she is suffering from feelings of isolation, which I feel is the real core of her problem. She is light years away from her family and friends who are stranded on a ruined planet, with the only people we see her have any interaction with being Alex, who she either always had a crush on or simply deeply admired at first before leaving Earth, and her therapist, Eden. Digit was an attempt of making a new friend so those two wouldn't be the only people she knew, which just further proves my point. 2. In an attempt to resolve her issues with loneliness, Luna had attended multiple therapy sessions with Eden. From how Eden reacts to her not showing up for some time, it must have been fairly often or been going on for a while. Luna must have developed strong feelings of trust with Eden, which most therapists try to do with their clients. 3. She witnessed Alex and Eden together as a couple for the first time. Not only did this break her heart because Alex was with someone else, but that someone else was the very therapist that she had expressed her deepest feelings to. In her mind, she was betrayed by the only two people she had any strong connection with on the ship. At that moment, she lost everyone except Digit. Now, before I continue to my last point, this does not justify her actions. It just serves as an explanation as to why she did what she did. 4. After attempting to regain control of her life by getting Alex all to herself and getting revenge on Eden, she realizes that she fucked up. She went too far and lost control of her emotions, leading her to almost killing everyone on the ship. Her feelings of guilt lead her to believe she deserves to die. Everyone hates her now, she thinks. She should just stay on the ship with the murderous robots. No one would want her anyways. It's only when the people Digit helped save show they are willing to forgive her for her actions, that they will not abandon her, does she decide that she deserves to live. In the end, Luna wasn't a psychopath. She was just a young girl in a bad head space suffering from feelings of isolation. The perceived betrayal of the two people she trusted most sent her into a pit of despair, leading her to try violently crawling her way out in desperation to not be left alone. It makes me happy the true end leads her to see that the people around her do care about her, and want her to be happy. She won't have to be alone anymore. I know she is just a fictional character from a kind of schlocky anime game, but I think the developers really put care into not just making her an evil insane murderer. Again, she is not perfect, but it is certainly far better than what I've seen before.
i loved luna's character. she was portrayed nicely, even if she's not perfect. i loved the fact that she also realized she fucked up, since i rarely see that. and she's actually relatable to a degree, which made me adore her even more and sympathize with her.
The Sparks and Luna ending where everyone survived was just adorable and somewhat bitter sweet. I thought Digit died but I was wrong 😂 ManlyBadassHero really did see what would happen.
Now that we got a cameo for manly in one game, can we have a game where manly is a side charater, but yells "UsLeSs" at the start and claps all the op bosses in the game so badly that the main charaters have to fight weaker variants of each boss?
12:10 | Feelings 19:15 | And it begins 19:50 | "Hey, master robot, we're all gonna die, I think things are gonna go down the hill" 41:15 | Sacrifice 45:35 | "Perfect Blue"
I believe the first game by the creator, Mother, has a Downer Ending, and it's the only ending. Their second game definitely has a sappy happy ending, a large improvement over their first game.
this game is pure gold Finally a perfect yandere game where the happy end is the sweetest thing seriously how you could you abandon Luna even though she made a mistake ? The fact she cares about Digit this much made me cry...
Everyone asks who is the imposter, but not how is the imposter. Perhaps they deserve love too. Also the moment I saw the proximity sensor, I went “oh nooooo... oh nohahaha-“ But hey, at least there’s a good ending for a yandere for once.
@@fybson1068 well i mean if ur just a random person with no association, i think just doing a very mild oh no oh no oh no, probably is a bit to understated a panic
hi! I'm thebelovedmoon, one of the testers of the game! aka Mother Agatha/thebelovedmom! I just want to thank you for giving the opportunity to play this game and the first two of the series! unknowingly, if not for your MOTHERly video I wouldn't get into the Horror Shop community (although not watching that tho, I have to play it blind and on record for the first time lolol), and I'm so excited to share my expertise with others, especially with storytelling and musical remakes (which I'm most proud of). anyways, I hope you have fun; and please join the horrorshop community if you're interested! always remember: *Mother loves you always!*
So, my hypothesis is that the heart thing is what got us the Perfect Blue ending, seeing how without it, Luna wouldn’t have found digit on the planet, giving us a different ending.
@@clarehidalgo I mean if someone tried to kill all of us including my gf because they were obsessed with me I probably wouldn’t want to be buddy buddy with them either
@@clarehidalgo Well, it's appropriate respond considering what she did. The pink hair girl is just too good of a person, while Spark is fall in love with the yandere girl.
I wonder what endings you would get if you went for the good ending, but you didn't tell Sparks to confess his feelings, or if you didn't gather all the doodads.
You know Melvin ain't the greatest guy but they really did him dirty here. Also Eden needs to have some accountability here, she's in charge of the crew's mental health, but she's probably spending too much time making out with Alex to see that Melvin and Luna could use some attitude adjustment and counseling.
Glad I’m not the only one. Over all I liked the game but Melvin and Luna reminded me of the meme about appropriate vs inappropriate workplace behavior.
My man Sparks over there really threw us under the bus, "we'll look out for each other." He says, but when we sacrifice ourselves to save him and everyone else he's like "Nah, you can build another one." He could at least said "He sacrificed himself to save us" or "it'll be alright." Or something along those lines My man really said that after our space mom is feeling guilty over our sacrifice and then he decides to bone her in the probable near future, not cool bro, at least he did fixed us so he sort of came around in the end. Also fuck Alex as well, not over being mad at our crazy yandere mom since it's reasonable, but being like "you can build another." after we saved his ass and his girlfriend's. Eden is the only homie here.
Eh, I think he's alright. I don't think he's ever formed a bond with a robot so I guess he would see Digits' sacrifice as just a bot doing what most bots do: Ensuring the general comfort/safety of their human overlords. Alex gets some hate, but he's probably the most normal out of everyone, so I don't think it's deserved.
I didn't really get that feel from him, but considering he hinted to her that she was possibly the reason why he decided to go on the mission, like how Luna wanted to go on the mission because of Alex, I agree that that could be a possibility. Those bots were going to go haywire eventually, it just depended on who would get to them first: Luna or Sparks xD
@@lyddiharvey irl what he said would hardly count as concrete evidence, but in storytelling it's absolutely enough dude would've done it, because that's what the script suggests
@@Thelothuo nah homie’s too nice to do that. He literally forgave Luna forgave for trying to murder him. I dont think he’s a go yandere bc she didnt like him.
Is that REALLY all the endings? Feels like there's a lot of points for it to diverge. Not finishing the locket, the conversation choices with Luna (is that how you feel about me?) and Sparks (watching out for each other, and should he confess), as well as binning the snacks for Alex. Hell, you might even be able to vent Luna out the airlock.
Love the music. It's the perfect blend between futuristic utopia and just regular bliss. The ending song is especially great, it gives the same sort of feelings as a mother's embrace.
While not my favorite from this creator, I do still quite like this. It's got an enjoyable cast, Digit is adorable, the spark attack is hilariously effective for what it is, and that tracking charm is just brilliantly used for how long the game is. Also, I always appreciate when a developer puts any sort of nod to Manly in the game and that's a pretty big tribute to him.
I'd like to voice my appreciation of Manly for a second, this lad is one of the few UA-camrs that makes me feel joy when he uploads, because I know it'll be a high quality video each time. Also, I love that two separate games have now made Manly cameos, hopefully more will follow, he deserves it.
It's genuinely nice for a yandere themed game to have a wholesome and nice ending for ALL characters, even the yandere lol I liked this game! Of all the 3 though I'd have to say "Mother" is my favorite one, but this one still had it's charms. The plot points where a little predictable, especially since it had "yandere" right in the title, but like Manly stated it's a bit of a shlocky game so perhaps that was the point XD OST is very nice too, it's rare for an indie game to have a decent full fledged soundtrack, and the voice acting was also well done! I also liked the little talking sounds for each character, it's very Nintendo lol Art is cute and well drawn; it's a bit obvious when it uses art from a different artist so that was a little jarring at times, but it's not that bad of an issue Overall an enjoyable yandere game! Hope to see more from this dev!
Okay the fact that she actually snapped back to reality was kinda nice, don't see that in many of these. Although I kinda think the good ending should be a bit more melancholy Also, the neutral ending seemed to imply that Sparks or Alex could die, am I right about that?
@@All54321 are you asking about why I think the ending should be more melancholy? I don't really remember this game at all, but I think I meant that the ending was to cheery and perfect, like it should've been a bit more bittersweet. Like end ending contrasts with the overall tone a bit or something like that. Maybe having the main robot dude not survive the crash would have fit better imo Again, I don't really remember all to much about this, so IDK Also I like your pfp
Spacefaring yandere's, has technology gone too far ? Scientists say yes, but the weebs say no. Edit: holy shit they put manly in the game ! I was not expecting that
@@the24thcolossusjustchillin39 if there is anything i learned from manly's videos, is that people with green hair cannot be trusted. But i don't know either.
I think this is my fav yandere game ever made besides Crimson Gray, and my new fav game from this developer _( But I do love The Child game the most on this channel though)_ . Besides that this game is VERY well thought out, the premise is really neat! *The creation bringing their fallen creator back to the light of reason that made they used to make them in the first place!*
Is there a slightly different ending if you go the true/good ending route without the digit proximity charm from getting all 10 doodads? All in all I think this game was amazing. Between this and The Child, I have really come to respect this creator.
Yanderes in space! Digit looks adorable. A little munchkin of a robot with a lil spark at their center. Love that i was thinking "time to pass butter" while Manly said "what is my purpose" Speaking of, that Manly sprite looked badass. Nothing like a good ol not that very big of a space ship for love triangles and heartbreak. Luna was never ok to begin with and probably stopped going to her checkups when she noticed how thinngs are with her doc and her crush. Poor sparks. The cg in the saves was a real good touch. Melvin was a weird neckbeard of a head engineer. Sure he was used but he was a jerk and made digit go classic robot sacrifice. Glad that the lil mini fridge robot dude is able to zap again. Also the fact this is one of those yandere games where the yandere does get a happy end.
A lot of these artists for these kinds of games are so good and I love that they put so much effort into this stuff. Also, can I have a Digit? It’s so cute.

Spark said all that buddy-buddy, special guy bro-talk, too. Mmmh-mmh-mmh. Not gonna lie, In my darkest of hearts, I kinda wouldn't mind a digit yandere ending if you know what I mean. But, I like happy endings and I doubt that would be TOO happy for his creator: Luna. So, I digress. They're all probably decent people too >_>. Sparks did help him out in the end too >_____>. %$#, I'm back to square one! Edit: Bro, I don't know why I wrote melvin of all things. I thought it was funny, so I'm gonna keep it. But, damn.
sometimes we ignore our own sadness to ease the suffering of those we love first of course, normally we say stuff like "he's in a better place," but digit wasn't human and most major religions have no provisions for artificial intelligences
I've never seen anyone get this ending before, and I've got to say it's my favorite! I'm super glad that there is an ending where everything works out.
I don't know how to prove who I am, but I am one of the sprite teams that design the sprite in the game. It was fun working with jatzy and other people that work on this game.

I believe the first game by the creator, Mother, has a Downer Ending, and it's the only ending. Their second game definitely has a sappy happy ending, a large improvement over their first game.

You know Melvin ain't the greatest guy but they really did him dirty here. Also Eden needs to have some accountability here, she's in charge of the crew's mental health, but she's probably spending too much time making out with Alex to see that Melvin and Luna could use some attitude adjustment and counseling.
You get used to it. Melvin can't even say I quit because you are in space with no way to go home unless it's an emergency
Totally agreed, Sparks really disappointed me a little when he said that
Ikr

I am so happy with the good ending! Could have easily just gone just horror and straight Yandere without a way of having Luna snap out of it.
All I had to hear was that it's from the creator of Mother and The Child. I've been waiting for more from them!
It's genuinely nice for a yandere themed game to have a wholesome and nice ending for ALL characters, even the yandere lol
I liked this game! Of all the 3 though I'd have to say "Mother" is my favorite one, but this one still had it's charms. The plot points where a little predictable, especially since it had "yandere" right in the title, but like Manly stated it's a bit of a shlocky game so perhaps that was the point XD
OST is very nice too, it's rare for an indie game to have a decent full fledged soundtrack, and the voice acting was also well done! I also liked the little talking sounds for each character, it's very Nintendo lol
Art is cute and well drawn; it's a bit obvious when it uses art from a different artist so that was a little jarring at times, but it's not that bad of an issue
Overall an enjoyable yandere game! Hope to see more from this dev!
Okay the fact that she actually snapped back to reality was kinda nice, don't see that in many of these. Although I kinda think the good ending should be a bit more melancholy

@@All54321 are you asking about why I think the ending should be more melancholy? Love that i was thinking "time to pass butter" while Manly said "what is my purpose" Speaking of, that Manly sprite looked badass. Nothing like a good ol not that very big of a space ship for love triangles and heartbreak. Luna was never ok to begin with and probably stopped going to her checkups when she noticed how thinngs are with her doc and her crush. Poor sparks. The cg in the saves was a real good touch.
