Now I can understand how hard Phelps was working. He deserves to all his victories. I don't think anyone can keep this up for 6 straight years day in day out and not break

Great talk, really bad production of the video. Waht is important at the time when he satrts to show the presentation is to be able to see the slides. We dont need to see him to be able to listen but we do need to see the slides.

so you are telling me, that phelps never had a recovery days or rest days.. ??
WILLY MANSILLA “training” includes recovery. That means he had days where he would do dry land or active recovery drills.
Bob did mention his Christmas present was a recovery workout
