As someone currently living in a large Texas metro, this video is my retirement goal, a secluded home in the mountains where I can farm my own land, hunt, fish, and work on various projects around the house. No more big city stress, no more traffic, no more corporate hassles, no more drama. Just peace and quiet, sheltered from a world that seems to be headed in the wrong direction these days. I'm happy to see you guys already enjoying this kind of life, and I enjoy watching these videos. Gives me something to look forward to! 😊
Corie, you and Austin work together like your mom and dad. I love hearing little Woody making noises in the background. He has grown so much. Thanks for the update on the lady that lost her son and her parents. So very sad, I cried when I heard his last words was Jesus help me. He was raised right. I love you and your family. Give Woody a hug from me. Still praying for the hurricane victims of both hurricanes. ❤❤
You two are so sweet together and Austin is always so complimentary! What a sweet little family. The ending was heart wrenching. I can’t even imagine. God Bless.
My heart cries for that mother and family but I rejoice that God will see her through and that one day they'll be reunited. ❤🙏 I can never thank my Sunday School teacher enough for incentivizing me to learn Philippians 4:13 (I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.) when I was 4 or 5 years old. I'm nearly 70 now and I've long forgotten what I received as a gift for learning it, but the real gift has been how that one scripture grounded my faith in its truth. I learned to ride a bike reciting it and I relied on its promise when my 6 y/o son was killed by a drunk driver, and every other challenge life has brought my way, big and small. God is so good❣Love to your sweet family.🥰🥰
Watched while sick in bed. But, I have a bed! I have a home and family! Praying for all the families affected by storms! God bless them and your precious family! 😀❤️🙏🏻
Corie, I heard that interview with that lady as she watched her boy being swept away and I just cried and cried. This was soo powerful. God Bless her. ❤ 🙏🙏🙏🙏
I heard the little boy said, “Jesus, I see you.” Yes, we can only see Jesus when we’re still. The Scriptures talk a lot about being still before God. Thank you Corie for these special moments. 😊
How precious to get a peek at baby Woody. My heart breaks for the Mama in the tragic video. I can’t even imagine how crushing it would be to lose a child and I pray none of us will ever have to know. What a comfort to know that her precious son called on Jesus and that Jesus reached in the blink of an eye and took him in his arms. 🙌🏻 that is worth more than all of the money and gold in the world. I always love to see your videos and praying for God to richly bless your whole family.
I enjoyed watching you and Austin clean the summer plants from the yard. Woody is adorable and he’s growing so fast! I’m very sad about the huge devastating hurricane that hit your state. It was beyond sad and the loss was great. May God be with everyone who lost family members or was affected by the damages. 🙏
I think that Woody wants some stir fry! Thank you for finding time to upload videos given you and Katie are kinda busy taking care of babies, among other things! 🙏🇨🇦❤️
Corie I had three sons and two of them are already with their dad in heaven so my heart was aching as I watched the ladies on TV tell about losing their parents and especially the beautiful testimony that they shared as the mother watching her son being washed away calling on Jesus to help him…a beautiful little boy.😢 I look forward to one day getting to see your beautiful baby boy even though I am in my last chapter of life. I pray God’s blessings on you Austin and your precious baby boy. 🙏🤗🥰🕊

Corie, thank you so much for sharing that horrible, yet inspiring story. A parent loves their babies to the ends of the universe. Think of how much more Jesus loves them. God bless you and your sweet family 💗
I will be in my yard tomorrow doing this .God Bless your family and all that is in need. That woman who lost her child and mom and dad I watched it too and it was so sad .I lost my son In 2013 I feel her pain and will be praying Thanks for sharing all that you do you are an inspiration to me
Corie, thank you and God bless and keep you and yours too. Psalm 46:10 is my favorite Bible verse, it gives me such peace and strengthens me too. I’m going to pray for this woman who lost her son and her parents and I hope everyone who watches this video will pray for this lady also. Prayer Warriors, raise her up to God!!
I watched that interview with the mother and the sister over their great loss my heart and prayers go out to them I am so very blessed my two older kids just went through hurricane Milton and they are both okay and praising the Lord for that
So Wonderful to be able to to listen to a Christian young woman with her Sweet family- Praise God for a beautiful testimony . We are living in a fallen world - And how comforting it is to hear a Godly young mother with her precious baby.✝️🩸📖🙏😇
That was a cool looking lizard that you found. My daughter moved home to Missouri from NC in April. Recently we found some black and white marbled salamanders on our property in the ozarks. From what I read they are native to NC. Weird! Wildlife is so fascinating!
Oh Corie, this brought tears to my eyes. So many, many heartbreaking stories. I have not heard that one though. I have a plaque in our home that says the same. " Be still and know that I am God." I pray this every day. I just saw a story yesterday where a man lost 11 members of his family in the floods. Such destruction is unimaginable. I just can't even imagine what that poor woman went through and will for the rest of her life. Blessings to you and Austin and Woody, your parents and Katie and Ira. ❤🙏
Your supper looked yummy, i enjoy those one pot meals. You and Austin seem to truly love the life you are creating and being blessed with❤. So many stories that break my heart. Seems every day i find myself crying. I am thankful that the Word says our God is close to the brokenhearted and I believe He has His mighty arms wrapped around each and everyone. Blessings from Iowa T&T ❤🙏
Goodness l seen that video with the young Mom and daughter. Praying for families in this horrible disaster. As Christians we will see our love ones again. .
is there anything that feels more tender and sweet than a baby's hands and arms touching you--they have a natural warmness that to me just says LOVE. I saw that story and felt ashamed that I dont always face things-even little things-with the same assurance, hope, and faith that that mama was showing at her worst possible moment.....I enjoyed the time you shared, truthfully I could watch people work all day lol that chicken dish inspired me as to what I will be whipping up for me to eat tomorrow (my health and my brain need prayers please)
Bless you Corie , this just rips your heart out of your chest praying for that lady, i bought a cross with that verse on it when my husband passed away, hope everyone gets their lives back together so nerve racking, that chicken really looked good ❤
Hey Austin, Corie, and baby Woody. I love you all. Awesome video. You both put in some long days and nights working very hard. But it sure is worth it. All I can do is pray for healing for everyone's suffrage. Words can not express the hurt folks are going through. 🙏

I saw that same video interview, and I couldn't help but cry. That precious child. I thank God he was raised in Jesus, and that his mother, and aunts were also. How else could one withstand that?
How many times have we as Christians realized that without faith we have nothing ? In horrific losses, pain, suffering, without Jesus how could we go on? I give all the praise to God for his gift of faith. Faith comes directly from believing and believing comes directly from God.
Corie I saw that interview as well. I have cried so many tears. Still praying for all the people hit with both these storms. God bless y'all. Love and prayers. 🙏❤🙏❤🙏❤
Corie, the empathy you have for others is a God-given trait and it will serve you well throughout your lifetime! God Bless You and your family! Teresa (Nashville)
Still praying for all those effected by these terrible storms. A sad yet encouraging story. To suffer such a loss but still maintain her faith is a touching testimony.
I heard that story too and I cried in gratitude that like she said. He had Jesus with him. I thank my grandmother who raised me to call out to him when I was so very young. I am forever grateful for that relationship and am so glad he had it too. 🙏
When you were telling us about the sweet lady who lost her little boy and parents in the flood, I was crying with you. I can tell that holding Woody close was such a comfort to you. God bless and keep you all.

Corie, thank you for telling us about that family I was praying about them and that poor mother/daughter. To think they all knew Jesus! That means they are in Heaven, and that will help her get through it, horrible and devastating as it is. It wrung my heart too, so thank you for telling us.
Corie, you have such a kind and tender heart. You're a blessing...
