When he started narrating how radio had a huge impact on getting him through the sentence made me realize how we take for granted the things we are blessed with and given on the outside.
So true it just takes me back in 2004 when I was at the mountains initiation school we used to listen to the radio during the time of brown dash era ND mzekezeke 😊😊🙌🙌🇿🇦🇿🇦✊✊
Yhoo this Mr Nyandu is very gentle and humble , may God richly bless you King David with these interviews they are very informative and you have a way of choosing valuable people to interview
As a pharmacist I'd mention that Schedule 6 medicine means that it's a closely monitored and highly controlled substance. Ephedrine is used in the manufacture of Methamphetamine, street name- Meth. Now the SA Pharmacy Council published laws which makes these substances to be highly unattainable by the public until in cases of dire need to avoid such cases of abuse. Look what opioids like Fentanyl and Oxycodone did to America. But the way those are Schedule 6 painkillers in SA.
I've worked at OR TAMBO for 4 years as a security guard, everything he's saying it's true no one is more corrupt at the airport than the police officers because they are exempt from being searched but still if you get greedy or disrespect the food chain you'll be sold out very quick
Listening to Nyundu i get a strong sense that he had a good strong mother, in part one he said something so powerful that he once complained that his mother is not celebrating him enough and the mother said "my son,do you want me to expose you to your enemies by telling them about your success" .Our parents like pride and that end up costing us.....
I never imagined being inspired by a convict until I listened to Dumisani story. There’s a lot of lesson from his life story. Resilience, humility and Humbleness. A simple guy.
I actually didn’t want this interview to end. Dumisani is a great human being, with an amazing story that seems to have more chapters coming. It helps that he’s a funny impersonator too😂😂😂
I am from Hammanskraal, Temba not far from Leboneng. I don’t know this man, but he is hilarious without even trying. He is a story teller. He is a success story of rehabilitation…not from prison, self rehabilitation. He is a born leader and successful in his own right. Best interview? By far! I like how he mix languages, well Spitori being the best of all. We can’t fault that😊talk about being biased😅 King 👑 thanks for bringing this man on this platform 🙏🏽
This man knows how to put every thought into words,he takes you along with while he narrates,I got goosebumps when he got to the Radio part because that was my Radio schedule also 😂
Bra Dumi is a great story-teller, thanks for this great interview Bra Deza aka Mdeva as Bra Dumi would say. Shoutout to the language ya Pitori, I am a Sowetan but I give it to you guys in the Capital City.

started the interview at 8 n didn’t realise that Ive spend 4 hours listening to this guy with part 1 n 2. No regrets The best of them all. Just recruited people to watch it. Love u D🙏
I am sitting here wondering how i have skipped watching this podcast for so long, specifically this episode. It kept popping up all over but i never gave it a chance. This is the most energetic and a brilliant episode i have ever watched in any podcasts. Dumisani is so brilliant and the most awesome storyteller.
Oh man this guy has a great sense of humor, quite an amazing narrator and captures your attention nje. Quite happy for him that his wife stood by him despite everything.

It's amazing how you can spot this wholesomeness! You can actually see it, but can't explain it. Human beings are indeed spiritual beings ! Good one brother
Bra Mdeva I see a vinyl of Ipi Ntombi in your impressive collection. I would like to suggest you Nthabiseng Lennon who was a former member of the group. Hers is a story of triumph, a story of belief and success. From the dusty streets of Mohlakeng in Randfontein, Johannesburg where she was born and raised she soared to great heights as she toured and performed on stages of the world until she retired to focus on raising her family and running a business that she co owns with her husband. Now based in both the USA and South Africa. I think those in the arts can learn a thing or two about how to bow out gracefully and continue to thrive after the curtain call.
King Deza, I loved this interview, Dumza is an excellent narrator, love his honesty and passion for SAPS, hope his wishes come true in developing our country, well done My Brothers
I've started with part 1 of the interview bra Dumisani wow you are a brilliant story teller i think even in radio you can do exceptional, you know how to capture an audience but most importantly it's good to see how you learned from your mistake and became a far much better person after imprisonment, continue with the good work your doing. 🙏
Bra Nyundu is the best ever ...Legend..ka polelo his good❤ His 2nd best with impressions in the country after Trevor noah🙆🔥🔥...his a wonderful and entertaining person to be with
This guy's destiny was not in the police force, he just forced his way thru & his guardian angel was upset & brutal. He was destined to be in business, he started selling in high school, he was successful in retail at a young age, he was probably supposed to have his own factory. He was not even working as a real cop in a police station, instead he chose the airport, the hub of international crime. His case was thrown out, he tried being a Metro cop & the case was revived to stop him from making the same mistake
I like how king David give his visitors the time to portray their stories,,, he don't interrupt by asking questions before they end talking,,, I enjoy watching this 😊
Wise man. Speaker of note, I saw a clip on tiktok and immediately came this side to watch full video. how ex convicts keep saying "God needed me to be in prison to make me better."
What i love most about this interview is that .. He told it all unlike this people who come to the interview and be like “ I don’t want to say much because it’s in my book 🙄😅” The story is inspiring. How can i get hold of the book ?
The best radio impersonation of Radio Djs & Callers.... Ntate Sefudi from Randfontein le Mme Morongwa, Jerry from Lethabile, Navari, etc 😂❤ Yoh!!!! that took me back to the best times of 9pm on powerfm!!! For The Love of Radio Hle ❤❤❤❤ Enjoyed this interview Wholesome!

In conclusion, he really stressed the fact that our government can simply be transformed if they put competent people in key positions. The issue of ministers having no experience or background in the industries that they run cannot be stressed enough.
Wow the gentleman is gifted with lots of talents, i like the part where he can now then described the past shows of the different radios like its something that happened yesterday.
The guy wow very smart this is the best episode/ nothing he can’t do , when he imitate Radio people especially the Thobela FM guys jerrr - the wisdom from him wow the story telling wow - i so wish to meet him

I Remember that Power Perspective show by JJ Tabane very well LOL bo ( Falaza, ntate Sefudi, Ike Khumalo would also call in), used to listen to that show while preparing for University exams, PowerFM did something there.
Sefudi would conclude by saying "Good evening to you". One legend was Bra Willie who used to debunk many ANC myths. A tough nemesis for JJ was Madlozi from Mbombela.
I really enjoyed this interview, Dumisani is a great story teller. I just hope that you guys could add subtitles... I know its a lot of work, but we need them from time to time.
This story is so informative and intriguing. I have listened to it over 3 days in between operating and seeing patients etc. 😂😂😂WHAT A POWERFUL INTERVIEW!
I was up around 2:30am and just found myself on this podcast and I never fell asleep. I can listen to this again. Ntate Dumi, you are a very good narrator and a motivation. I have decided, last week, to assist a far relative who is a convict. He came out of prison and continued to steal. The local community has chased him and family members from different villages dont want to accommodate him. I had to pay for a rented room for him. I told him that there is still life after prison and I pray that he sees it as well. It should be very hard to integrate back into community after prison. Thank you for your life journey, I am motivated more to assist this guy through his own journey
If I had a ceremony I would definately hire him as an MC, he would also make a great actor. I will definately order his book. Asibonge and wish you well in the future ntate Dumisani Solomon Nyundu

I don't really comment on these podcasts but this was both epic and profound. The power of story telling is underated
