If you read Chernow's biography on Rockefeller's life you'll learn that he grew up in a poor household with an absent bigamist father who called himself a doctor and would leave for months on end, later leaving completely to live with his second wife and family. Not one ☝️ of us. Naturally, John D Rockefeller was a big whale, he had the power to affect,and effected more lives than the rest of us on a grander scale.Naturally. Having that kind of success comes with an enormous responsibility. The man made mistakes that hurt a lot of people. But he also helped a lot of people,and did more good than harm in my opinion.
