    Super healthy full of nutrients, vitamins & minerals also this weight loss khichdi is low in calorie rich in fiber and protien.
    Ingredients ( 4 PERSON )
    1/4 cup moong dal - 58 cal
    2 tbsp oats - 36 cal
    2 tbsp daliya/broken wheat - 14 cal
    2 tomato - 44 cal
    2 onion - 56 cal
    1.5 tbsp canola oil - 189 cal
    1/2 tsp coriander powder - 6 cal
    1/2 tsp turmeric powder - 4 cal
    1-2 tbsp green peas - 10 cal
    1 tsp ginger garlic green chilli paste - 4 cal
    1/2 tsp cumin seeds - 4 cal

    I saw in ingredients list . It says 2 tbsp oats has 36 cal . 2 tbsp daliya has 14 cal . That means our age old daliya beats oats in calorie content ??
