Here, I'm sharing with you protein rich breakfast recipes that are quick and easy to make. These are instant and healthy Indian breakfast recipes packed with lots of fiber, protein and taste.
My first healthy breakfast recipe is Whole Moong Dal Dosa(pesarattu), with quick stuffing __ cottage cheese, onion and chopped coriander leaves. A complete blend of taste, nutrition and flavors, which you will experience in every bite of stuffed Whole Moong Dal Dosa. This high protein vegetarian breakfast keeps you full till lunch. You can eat this with homemade peanut and tomato chutney.
Ingredient list:
1 bowl Whole moong Dal (sabut moong)
1 small piece of ginger
2 green chillies
7-8 curry leaves
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder
1 teaspoon cumin and coriander powder
2 tbsp desiccated coconut powder
cold pressed coconut oil or ghee for making dosa.
water for making batter.
For stuffing:
2 onions finely chopped
2 tbsp coriander leaves chopped
1 small bowel grated paneer
salt and red chili powder as per taste.
Second recipe: Oats and Besan Chila__Super delicious and healthy breakfast recipe. It is prepared with oats, besan, chopped fresh vegetables and spices. This is a wholesome and nutritious vegetarian breakfast, rich in lots of fiber and protein. An ideal option for breakfast and even tea time snack.
Ingredient list:
1 bowl rolled oats(* bowl=200ml)
2 tbsp besan(gram flour)
2 tbsp chopped or grated carrot
2 tbsp chopped capsicum
2 tbsp chopped cabbage
2 tbsp chopped onion
2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
1/2 tbsp chopped ginger and green chili
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp chili flakes
1/2 tsp cumin and coriander powder
salt as per taste.
ghee or cold pressed coconut oil for making chila.
Both the recipes are filling and nutritious. If you are trying to loose weight, these recipes are an excellent option.
