    You should also have a pigtail from the junction box ground screw to the wire nut for the 2 green wires. Grounds are typically done first for safety and since that wire is typically on the back of the box.

    The cable on the right seems to be thicker. What size of conduit connector was used to fasten it?

    Yeah, copper with copper you can use wire nut for copper aluminum. You gotta use something else.

    The box isn’t bonded and you spliced in the the exact opposite order of what is ideally safe

      Hardwire 220v normal especially for double wall oven
