This is a great video ... since I am confused all the time in my Polish learning class 😂

"Że tak?" made me think of "Wait, what?" although we use it specifically when we've heard the words clearly and understand the syntax--yet it sounds outlandish or at odds with our previous understanding of a situation.

I also really appreciate how well this video plays on a repeated loop. There isn't a long intro or outro. There's minimal fluff, maximum value, and very smooth throughout -- well done.

Speaking of repetition, I'd love a video with minimal intro/outro that's basically ", " without any explanation (though I love your explanations). This would be a vocab building video. Collect the most common words (yes, no, greeting, numbers 0-10, etc. from other videos). I currently use Quizlet flashcards for this vocab building. Quizlet has a setting where you can have it speak the term then the definition, and loop through the entire deck like that. I enjoy listening to it while getting ready for the morning.
      Cheers

just remember that some of them are really informal (nie łapię, nie czaję, że co?, że jak?)

I like watching these videos to see how much we Czechs are similar to our neighbours in these common phrases. Something is the same or very similar, something I would never guess. We say "O co jde", we use informal "co, cože, jakže" ... but we have nothing similar to "ogarniam, łapię, czaję, w ógole". Sometimes you need a bit of imagination, like "zupełnie" vs "úplně" or "pojęcia" vs "ponětí".

We have almost the same language as Slovaks. We can speak in our own languages and understand each other perfectly.

w ogóle = całkiem, zupełnie (celkem, úplně), w ogóle = vůbec, obecně... Nechápu sounds almost as nie łapię, although literally it isn't the same
