- The ice maker almost made it 5 months since the last problem. For this problem though, I wasn’t able to find a replacement part. So going to patch the water tray and see how it works.

Have the same problem cracked tray. Will try your idea because I couldn’t find a replacement part for it either. As usual a great repair video 🎉.
No I never did. It's still working with the patched tray though.
Whew.. hope thats the last time for awhile. I just finished your 1st ice machine video. Just call me an apprentice for now. Learned alot here. Now to expand on some tools. 😊
Well, it's making creaking sound now. So not sure how much longer it's going to go. But I would buy another, great having a small ice machine.
