ima cut all the bullshit and say i got all 3 fails at a level... did foundation year maths at uni, and now on track to graduate hopefully with a 1st. how will the a levels affect me w graduate roles?
Thanks for the comment man! Focus on graduating, smashing your uni work and that will be the most important factor in getting a graduate role. It would be nice to have great A levels however you can get an AMAZING role without them. And all that's in the past now, it is what it is, you need to focus on the present!
Yo Adam, I love your vids. Do you have any tips for international graduates? Also, your ideas on tailoring the CV and Cover Letter. Would highly appreciate it. I'd love to talk to you via another channel if you would be down with it. I am a recent grad, and I am keen to know more about these processes. Your videos are insightful, btw! Keep doing em!
Hiya! I have a question about your second tip, since you're a bio graduate (I study bio too plus environmental science) and bio isn't really relevant to commercial graduate schemes, how did you get the job/ know you could apply in the first place? Thanks in advance, I really like your channel 💕
@@AdamLuke don't get me wrong. What you said is right, but varies a lot from company to company and its changed now according to current circumstances. One example you mention is experience. When you're competing for a role at end stages, we can get 9.2/10 and if someone get 9.3, they get it. Heard one HR say they reflect performance at all stages so they can pass you all the way to the AC but already know you're the weaker candidate and so it's a complete waste of time for us
Where was this video before I finished University... Good work though keep up the content:)
Thanks dude, you too!
Great video! loved the tips
Cheers!
Can you make a more detailed video on the Assessment centre? Great video
This would be great
Good suggestion, I'll get recording! I'll come back to this comment once it's uploaded.
Thanks again for the suggestion, I uploaded a video today sharing my assessment centre experience!

Could you help with the application form process? I really struggle with the questions like why do you want to work here
Sure thing, I'll do my best! Where and you applying and what questions are you struggling with?
This info is untrue. What you say is what they say but they have a criteria and are less willing to share the real details
Thanks for the feedback, which bit do you think is untrue?

@@jasonstazm Sure that makes sense. Having a few good experiences will certainly help!
