A friend of mine is a CO up in Washington her job is working the parole section she's a tiny but extremely respectful. Her husband is huge they call him Sasquatch. I mean the guy is just huge and extremely scary quiet. She told me the story guy was coming up on parole and he was giving her all kinds of attitude cuz she was asking him about placements rehab job things like that. And he got really explicit with what he was going to do to her when he got out. There was another inmate in the hallway that heard him saying this to her. She calmly did her next interview. And then called her husband as he was getting ready to call her he got a call that there was a fight on the floor so obviously doors got locked and all hell's Breakin loose and the guy that threatened her spent two months in the hospital then he went to the hole for six months for fighting and threatening her. When you got out of the whole her husband was his escort a very quietly whispered in his ear don't ever threaten my wife. Sasquatch had a reputation quiet calm but don't make him run

And that is the exact reason why these guards should be locked up just like the inmates..these guards say the same things to inmates the only difference is the guards are sick in the head because they assault inmates just out of boredom to have some excitement for the day and get no punishment or consequences for it..I know of a guard that rap** a female inmate and she filed PREA (prisoner rap* elimination act) paperwork on him and the other guards threw her in the hole until she said she made it all up and she even had proof but kept it quiet until she got out and now she is getting her revenge and that scumbag CO still worked her unit for another 6 months until he messed up and they transferred him somewhere else to do it all over again..some of these guards are worse than the inmates I am surprised they did not try to give her another 5 years for assaulting him because they will for them assaulting you..who would you listen to and believe a couple guards or an inmate? So even if you are the one that does get done wrong you cant do anything because we all know the cameras seem to not be working when a guard did a boo boo but you better believe it is always working when an inmate did the boo boo it is funny how that happens..I have seen and heard it all these officers should not be in the same class as human beings because they are far from it..those CO's that lie and stand by when a bad CO is doing foul things is just as much a POS as the one doing it and should be treated as such just like the criminals get treated if not a more harsh punishment should be handed out to them..I bet the CO in your story did exactly what he said they do beat the guy while he was cuffed because we do know they are cowards that hide behind the badge like most cowards would..it is sickening the things these guards do I am glad that some inmates make videos about it to show and bring light onto the situations..
@@donkeypunchout I think you misunderstand me there sir because it was the other parolee that took things out of their hands not my friend or Sasquatch. Bro so sad to learn of your loss. My family suffered the tragic loss of a child last year and as a grieving father myself I’m sorry it has to be this tragic experience we share. God bless you and your family! One love!
Sorry for your loss. Great content. I got sober just over eight years ago. In Illinois state prison. That’s where I did my first 10 1/2 months of sobriety. It was a starting off point of me getting my life back together. And getting back into the iron game. Since and now I’m 54 I have completed 10 times in Powerlifting. And have broken 28 different records in many different state and also world record.
Bloody hell mate I feel you. We lost our son in October '22. 13 years old. There is nothing worse than losing a child. Am so glad you got past it buddy. It's vital to do so but it is so fucked to do. You feel like you're betraying their memory moving past it. Anyways massive hugs from Down Under Bro👊
Sorry to hear about your loss. I couldn't imagine what that feels like. I have 3 daughters. You have to be strong as hell. To be able to come back an not be mad at the world. Much respect bro. Love you man. I'm new to this channel.

I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for all of your videos that you do even your shorts are very helpful. It's tragic that you have to have the loss of a child in your life. I'm hurt by that because I have lost 19 children for all kinds of reasons but you're in my prayers for that. Be strong and move forward knowing that your child is with the lord in paradise forever as you and your father WILL be. God bless you sir.
Great video bro. Prayers out for you on your lose. Remember that they are the lucky ones. We are still here. At the end of the vid you talked about the need for programs to "fix" inmates. You are absolutely correct. That and make it less profitable to keep prisons and jails full. Too much greed feeding. Thank you bro.

Sorry for your loss. No parent should ever have to bury their child. I cannot even imagine the feeling even after the fucked up shit I have seen as a CO that has gone down. That is beyond all that shit and again, really say to hear you lost a child. That's fucking terrible. On another note, I may be a CO, but I have recently found your channel in the last week or so and I have mad respect for what you are doing. Keep it going man - your content is gold and I really dig your sense of humor and the passion you put out there.
Just subbed man i found you on shorts a few days ago and you literally look like and sound just like my dad man he went to prison for involuntary vehicular manslaughter when i was 9 and kuz the family of the victim was really well known and rich he got 10 years and he got out on good time after 6 years came out a dad i actually enjoyed being around and that i could respect
I had a couple of relatives do time in TDC and Huntsville. Growing up me and my cousins would enjoy all the stories from their experiences, the inmates shenanigans and the breakdowns of how the prison ran. The horses on work detail at Huntsville were trained to bite the shoulders of those slacking on the chain, if someone passed out that they suspected were faking, they laid them in ant mounds. This was back in the 70’s/80’s Heard about all the violence, “Building Tenders” it’s a culture, like the mob that you can hear fascinating details They were both very entertaining characters in general and when they recounted their experiences it was always bonding experience.
As a former CO, sadly I saw guys come in trying to be hardasses and would tell them to pump their breaks. As I used to tell new CO's that I trained, that we are just visitors and this is the home of the Inmates, you do something stupid they got 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to plot a way to get you back, so be chill, be respectful but firm, and don't say or do anything that would antagonize a situation unless it's required. I got locked down a tier and I had two inmates come to the back and protect me because I treated everyone like a human being and was respectful. If you are uptight or a control freak or power hungry, the prison system will chew you up and spit you out.
My God, I am so sorry for your loss of your child. Unfortunately I can relate, and you seem to be taking that extremely well but I know that shit is hard.
Hey bro. Love your channel. I’m really sorry to hear about your child. Best of luck to you and yours. I’m glad you were able to stay sober through that. I don’t know if I could.
My dad worked in a catergory B prison in the uk for 20 years and looked after many convicts even high profile ones. My dad always said to the them when he ever first met them that if they respected him he would respect them back and it mainly worked for him. He had a few broken noses and broken fingers from breaking up fights though, but nothing directed at him. Sending my condolences to you and your family with much love and hugs xxx
My condolences my dude, that is rough to go through. Really love what you have been making, super entertaining. After Prison Show and you should collab, could do some great sketches.
Brother, the fact you're back this quick is a miracle. Lost my daughter, my only child, 15 yrs ago and it still has me screwed up more than 9yr in Army and 1 1/2 yrs in prison put together. Hardest thing anyone can go threw is losing a child, sorry you had to join this group brother.
You BOTH have my sympathy. Spent a great deal of last year, driving 2x-3x from my suburban Sacramento home to Stanford where my oldest son was, hanging onto his life through a bad bout of pancreatitis. He did recover after FIVE MONTHS there, and several months afterwards at home, where I helped with taking care of him after work, he's back at his job and much better. I count he and I BLESSED, and feel for those that had to bury one of their kids every the more for it.
First Brother: My condolences to you for the loss of your loved one. Nothing but RESPECT for you Brother. The C.O. game can be ugly. But when you're at a prison like I was at ; These C.O.'s were all in the Good O'Boy network.. The kind of network were you go out for Work Detail and don't come back looking the way you did that morning ,or come back at all. It was a no win game for the Con..

Worked twenty years as a CO.. I have been retired over ten. Not a east or west coast state. I have been watching your videos. I can say i have seen 99% of what you talik about. I know it is true. Keep up the good work! If it keeps one kid from doing time it is all good! If it keeps one offender from reoffending its all good! Recidivism and institutionalization are real problems. RESPECT!
Hi JD, I hope the people who have authority of the prison system is watching and are making changes based on you're messages. Any time the government is involved with anything it's ALWAYS the wrong way. Thanks again JD. TS
Been working in prison (feds) for 30 years. This is true information. Enjoy the channel. Funny, you called it right off the rip, “I know there’s CO’s that are watching this!” LOL sometimes you just can’t get enough
Hey man. I never did time. But I spent a lot of my younger years dealing, ripping and running. Your statement about "NOT GETTING CAUGHT!!" made me laugh my ass off. I always wondered what went on in so many people's heads that I knew. I only ever got caught on minor possession charges and never spent more then a few hours in holding.
The thing I love about your advice to the new COs is that it's basically the advice Hannibals handler said "I treated him with respect that's how I lasted longer than anyone else"
Lol...love your stuff... keep up the great work. My wife made a career in corrections, and is currently a warden, so all of your stories bring back years worth of memories for me. Just remember to present both sides. Respect is a two way street. My wife has been assaulted. She's had fermented shit and piss thrown on her. She's dealt with decades of the most bizarre behavior that you could ever imagine. She's been subjected to all sorts of constant disrespect and dangerous behavior. I don't know how things work today, but back in the day inmates who constantly harassed staff usually ended up accidentally "falling down the stairs"...like 6 or 7 times...lol
Hey mate love your content good to see someone representing the system for what it really is. I live in Australia have struggled with substance abuse and have done a short time in "correctional institutions" and things are different here but the treatment of so's and by co's is the same. Keep putting it out there brother.
I currently work within a facility as a Lieutenant. I’m one of those staff that is counting down how much time I have down to the minute before I can retire. 23 years in, and never had an issue with any inmates.
Idk if you have done a video yet on becoming institutionalized in the system (specifically kids/young adults)but I would greatly appreciate it if you could. I have a family member that started getting into trouble young and in and out of facilities. This was a direct result of abuse when they were a child. They have been in and out of prison since 18 usually with long stints at a time. He doesn’t understand how to live outside of those walls anymore. I wish there was more help for the young ones going in and coming out. Thank you for what you do and the help you give others.

Glad to be a subscriber, and while I am so sorry for your loss and proud of you for not going back to meth because of it (drugs are my first escape route) I am looking forward to your fresh long content. Stay strong, my man!
I call bullshit. There is no parole in Washington.
@@jackboysen2373 she works on the Parole Review Board which they do have since they don't have parole but they do have Parole Review would you go to at the end of your sentence
Scott Sasquatch worked his own unit and one of his Parolees actually lives across the street from me here in Texas he knew exactly who I was referring to when I drop their names and he was like yeah Sasquatch big quiet guy but don't get stupid with him. And her she just doing her job making sure when you get out to get your s*** together so you can be successful and not be on the revolving door. Yeah I know there's dirty cos.
Bitchs don't belong in a man's facility....period.
Bro so sad to learn of your loss. My family suffered the tragic loss of a child last year and as a grieving father myself I’m sorry it has to be this tragic experience we share. God bless you and your family! One love!
Glad your back JD! I’m sorry for your loss bro. Happy to see the longer videos back btw!
I saw that short as a parent my heart broke for you. Here for your content.
Sorry to hear about your loss; stay on track! You've got my prayers.....

I absolutely love your upbeat rawr in your face kind of vibe. It is so entertaining and just draws me in. I know you've probably heard it over a million times and we'll hear it over a million more but congratulations on your sobriety. Congratulations on turning your life around and becoming successful with a wonderful family and a happy life. 💜💜💜 keep doing you!!! I first saw you recently on a JK video, the first video I saw of yours on your page was where you were explaining that you may be going back to jail and what happened. You seem like such a great stand up guy. If you and Jax are ever in the Disney area, I would love to meet y'all. I'm right here at Polk/Lake County area
Nice man I miss these videos, I’ve been going back and rewatching those videos from about 2-3 months ago
I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for all of your videos that you do even your shorts are very helpful. I have a boyfriend in prison and he's in prison, you help me to understand what he's going through when he talks to me about some of the stuff and I didn't understand it until I started watching your videos. Now I understand. Much Love Denver Colorado.

JD, I want to say thank you for sharing your experiences and for your work as a recovery coach. I’m thankful I sobered up in 2011; alcohol probably would have killed me. Every one you reach out to matters.

10:00 -13:00 was my favorite rant. Just stumbled on your page and am digging the message so far. Keep up the good work.🙏💚
It's tragic that you have to have the loss of a child in your life.
Sry for your loss my dude. I can’t even imagine. Lost my pops recently and I feel you man I’m just now getting back on track. Much love and respect bro
Hopefully everything is getting better for you man and hang in there love watching your content
Inspiring to see a loyal Die Hard family first kinda man put on a smile and keep it moving while grieving. This dudes a straight soldier. Much love big guy 💪
No parent should ever have to bury their kid much love glad you're back.
You know I can always hit a “ like” before I ever even watch your channel. Keep doing what you’re doing man.
Oh I,m so sorry.I took care of my late parents, and I can understand your loss.Know we are all here for you.
Your take on the prison indus complex is so right man ! Real truth !
I had a couple of relatives do time in TDC and Huntsville. Growing up me and my cousins would
enjoy all the stories from their experiences, the inmates shenanigans and the breakdowns of how the prison ran. The horses on work detail at Huntsville were trained to bite the shoulders of those slacking on the chain, if someone passed out
that they suspected were faking, they laid them in ant mounds. This was back in the 70’s/80’s
Heard about all the violence, “Building Tenders” it’s a culture, like the mob that you can hear fascinating details They were both very entertaining characters in general and when they recounted their experiences it was always bonding experience.
Your child died. how very very sad. ...you have bounced back from a very dark moment Big J.D. well done!!
LOVE your stories.
Omg so sorry for your loss. Stay strong brother.
My God, I am so sorry for your loss of your child. Unfortunately I can relate, and you seem to be taking that extremely well but I know that shit is hard.
So sorry for your loss brother. No parent should ever feel that kind of pain. 🙏
I'm sorry for your loss. It's a loss we share, my heart aches with yours.
Hey bro. Love your channel. I’m really sorry to hear about your child. Best of luck to you and yours. I’m glad you were able to stay sober through that. I don’t know if I could.
Condolences to you and the family for the loss mate
My new favorite channel. Much love and respect. ❤
My condolences on your loss. I am glad you are on the mend. Please take time to grieve. I'm glad you are out and doing good in society.
Glad to see a full length video. Hope you’re doin good JD
Love the content buddy. I’ve gotten straight addicted to your channel in the past few weeks
i’m sorry for your loss man
First Brother: My condolences to you for the loss of your loved one.
Thank you bro. Keep up the great work.
I just love the way you think JD!! Much love and respect for your and your family🤗🤗 I am currently homeless in NJ well I'm in a motel, but still maintaining sobriety, and look forward to meeting you if you ever do a speech here I will be there!! But just enjoy your videos emensly and being a survivor of sexual assault from the age of 3 until even up to two years ago.....I appreciate what you are doing and thank you for making Chomos pay again!!! Thank you God bless you😘💙💙💙
Worked twenty years as a CO.. RESPECT!
Our condolences for your loss .thanks for making your videos
Hi JD, I hope the people who have authority of the prison system is watching and are making changes based on you're messages. Any time the government is involved with anything it's ALWAYS the wrong way. Thanks again JD. TS
😢I'm sorry for your loss. As a dad, my heart breaks for you. May the lord guide you through this tragic time.
Been working in prison (feds) for 30 years. This is true information. Enjoy the channel. Funny, you called it right off the rip, “I know there’s CO’s that are watching this!” LOL sometimes you just can’t get enough
Always a good day when we get a long form JD video! Maybe we can get a video about the biggest dudes you ever seen in your time?
Bro, sorry for your loss. Condolences
I'm so sorry for ur loss God bliss ur child and u for staying strong and not falling back to drugs
Love your videos mr. Jd, I've watched them all and am very happy when I see you in my shorts:)
My condolences JD, and thank you for sharing your knowledge and experiences ✌🏼
The thing I love about your advice to the new COs is that it's basically the advice Hannibals handler said "I treated him with respect that's how I lasted longer than anyone else"
dude i respect your attitude man so sorry for your loss
Thank you for what you do and the help you give others.
sorry for your loss, thoughts and prayers
Sorry for your loss my G. I know that pain unfortunately
Just wanted to give my condolences on your lost child. so so so sorry for your loss.
JD keep on keeping on bro my condolences on the loss of a child I wouldn't wish that on my worst enemy again TY for the chomo scars on your knuckles
