    WHY did she put the printed side of the board under the fabric??? On most fabrics it will be see through...

    • @kkparadee
      @kkparadee Місяць тому +16

      She put the fabric printed side down 1st so it’s facing the floor, then she put the board on top of the fabric also facing the ground. This way the print on the fabric is showing. She did an amazing job! Not only is functional, practical, useful, but also beautiful!

    I did this in my classroom for an additional bulletin board when I was teaching kindergarten. I hung mine from the ceiling, but it hung against a wall. The way she hung it with commands strips without the strips reachable, the paint will likely be damaged when she takes it down. You have to be able to pull and stretch the tabs in order for it to come down without damage. When hung this way, they can't be reached. Maybe I'm wrong.

    Great idea on the white w/blue floral wallpaper covered pegboard, if you could figure out ahead of time where you're going to put the hooks for the keys and the little shelves for whatever incidentals, etc. then instead of poking holes in every single pegboard panel, you can poke the holes only where they will be needed, then the panels would almost disappear without all the unused black holes. Just a thought.
