OK, so after I made the above comment, I realized I had ALL the ingredients, so I made this for dinner. The ONLY change I made, no chicken breasts, so I used boneless, skinless thighs, just cooked them a few minutes longer.. also, due to cholesterol is issues, I used the smaller amount of butter. Other than that, I followed your wonderfully clear instructions, and ended up with an incredibly delicious dinner. My husband and I loved it, and it looked EXACTLY like yours. THANK YOU again. (I also left a review on your Tex-Mex Cabbage Soup. Delicious!!!).
Well done, in all regards. Love how you transition right to the cooking. No one needs tutorials how to wash rice, chop garlic, etc. Get the food in the pan! Bam! You start your videos with a little necessary information then breeze to the interesting part. You make it look easy for even a beginner, and provide delicious recipes for those of us trying to think up a quick easy meal. Thanks!

Rice is really a vehicle to carry other sauces/food, like pasta imo, so I guess I'm missing part of the puzzle of not using the easiest kind to cook, and hardest to mess up? (I can barely make toast, so easy is important to me lol)

For those who wish to avoid alcohol, do not worry about it in cooking. The alcohol itself is removed during the cooking process. It steams out and nothing is left, but the flavor..
I made this for meal prep, and it worked really well, including from frozen. I just boxed it up into portions when the parmesan went on and relied on microwave reheating to do the last bit of cooking.
I LOVE your channel! My husband HATES chicken, all his mother ever fixed was boiled chicken to the point that for years I could only eat it when we went out. I finally got him to like my chicken pot pie and that was the extent of it for years. However, I have been making some of your dishes and he is enjoying them tremendously! This one is definitely on the menu tonight.

Yum!! I love chicken, is so versatile. This is what I refer to as one skillet meal, and is a family favorite of mine. I do a taco version, a gravy one, a French onion soup... but I have never tried this flavor profile... can’t wait!

Chicken scampi..... I was expecting there to be both chicken _and_ scampi (either shrimp or langoustina tails). Regardless, it looks delicious! Definitely a keeper and worth trying ☺️😋😋 I was thinking of reserving 4-5 tbsp of that butter roasted/fried garlic.. I'm going to share it with my son too as he's watching his weight.

Made this, very good...I like a little more sauce in my rice...doubled the lemon juice and wine. Rediced to half cooked the rice to 20 min. Added the chicken very good!! Also could ve used with linguini or shrimp❤
