What is the benefit for the person on h4 EAD to file I140 if the other spouse already have approved I140
in the last term by President Trump he had restricted lot of H1B visa extensions during his term between 2016 to 2020, will he be doing the same and what kind of restriction he might be implementing during this presidency period also can we expect fast process towards i140 visa approvals ... Thanks
Many people were so happy voting for him and many others who are still in the long green card process have voted for him only to think that he "supports" india against pakistan...He may not support India on any front but he will slow down all immigration processes which will affect all the people over here.
There will be a lot more work for immigrantion lawyers.

Honestly think about it. Why should any US govt give GC only for Indians? There is a country quota in the immigration laws which is actually a fair law because great minds are never from one country and every country should be given equal opportunity ! If there are lots of Indian applicants in a particular immigrant visa category you can’t blame it on USA government. Definitely no country is as welcoming as USA and pays such high wages. Indians in USA talk about leaving to Canada and Australia but many want to return back and many come back too. Anyways don’t blame USA govt for your own problem!
Trump will change the employment based immigration process! He might get rid of PERM! Approving many GC - would only ease the labor market, increase labor supply which is great for employers, increase competition among employees, reduce wages as employers get bargaining power, and reduces inflation!
