In the UK you can easily pick wild blackberries to your heart's content and raspberries and wild strawberries too, if you know where to find them. They are abundant
This video is so breathtakingly beautiful! I loved the amazing country. My favourite part was when Nick was telling you to stop picking berries and your replied, " Never!" had me laughing and really missing my two grown daughters at the same time. Ya know, as an artist, whichever medium I pick up, I try to put a lot of care in projecting my thoughts and feelings into every project that I have done. So, when I am watching this video I sometimes think that the segments of you are through the caring eyes of Nick videoing you. Maybe I am projecting, but, tonight, I am feeling very sentimental and I like to believe this is so. Thanks for this video guys. This is really helping me recover from my surgery. Keep these coming. Awesome!
This kinda brings a tear to my eye. Back before hubbs and I had kids, we would go local to a river similar to where you are right now, and just lay out on the rocks, swim, hang out. I miss those days. Once the kids get a little older, we are going back! What a lovely video!!
My Utah camping and backpacking bucket list grows with each video you post…I’m gonna have to move there lol. Thanks for sharing all of your adventures!
Amanda, I'm going to do this...We will be vacationing in the mountains soon and you reminded me to be in the moment, engage in sights, sounds, smells, and taste! I'll take my journal, binoculars, hammock and camera. Maybe even get in a stream/ lake even if it's just my feet/ legs...I look forward to our adventure even more now. Thanks to you both for this beautiful video!!!!
I love when you opened up and talked about smelling the wild flowers and walking bare foot. Another thing I also like to do is take the time to study the plants and which are edible. This summer when I went up to lake michigan, I just had to have a glass of water out of the lake and eat some wild sassafras that grows there. Being in nature is always such a beautiful experience, but kind of how you mentioned, taking the time to take it all in is so much more rewarding. Thanks for the video.
I just started to get into foraging. I love learning more about the edible plants in my area. I want to try and make some salves one day and maybe some jam if I can possibly save some berries... I tend to eat them all before I get a chance haha
Thank you! The star timelapse's are my favorite! Nick actually made that one from a bunch of photos stacked. The flickering on the bottom was lightening in the distance!
Do you think your scoliosis contributes to getting out of breath at high elevation? I feel that mine does. I have such a hard time hiking at high altitudes. Also can you share your camping location?
Love your videos, you're a very special young lady. I used to live in Montana so I get nostalgic when you visit your father and show us how magnificent it is there.
I'm fairly new to your channel. I've learned so many good ideas for camping. I'm looking forward to camping now. Your so inspiring ❣️ I love your outlook on life. Thanks for taking me along with you on your amazing adventures. I can hardly wait to try some of your dinner lunch and breakfast recipes.
Don’t forget the leave no trace principles. Berries, just like wild flowers should be left for the wildlife. We have the ability to either purchase berries or grow our own. Animals don’t have that luxury. By putting this video out there you are encouraging others to also deplete a food source for wildlife and leave established trails which has a negative impact on the ecosystem.
Please don’t take this weird but You look like such a health 30 something year old . I am 28 myself and I could take better care of myself but not much motivation too, however you look great ! You are very toned and have great legs and look younger then you are. You inspired me to work out 😌 thanks . Would love to see a video on things you like to do for your health and stay fit and well! Much love
I always love to watch you explore! It helps me get so many ideas for my own adventures! One random question, how do you keep your hair looking so long, healthy, and beautiful? Thank you for creating such enjoyable content!
I've been using Viori shampoo and conditioner bars for about 2 years now and I do think it makes my hair look and feel really nice. Luckily my hair doesn't get greasy so I only wash about once a week. I also do very little heat styling. I always let it air dry, and then sometimes I will use a straightener to calm down some pieces or add a light curl, but that's it! I haven't colored my hair in a long time because I found that really destroyed it and made it hard to grow long.
The time lapse at 13:05 is amazing. I am wondering what kind of camera or setup you used to capture it? Thanks! ua-cam.com/video/Mzzhf73sd1g/v-deo.html
Love it! Connecting with nature and having downtime alongside a body of water... Just the best!!
Thank u 💜

I've been living in Utah for so many years now and there's still so much I haven't seen! It's such a beautiful state.

That nighttime sky was like something from a Planetarium.
Thanks for taking me on your great adventure travels! I enjoy how you maximize base camping w hikes and natural exploration.
Great drone shots. Especially liked the time lapse of the stars.
Thank you! The star timelapse's are my favorite! Nick actually made that one from a bunch of photos stacked. The flickering on the bottom was lightening in the distance!
Nothing like jumping in ICE COLD water……than laying down on a flat WARM rock … nap time …🍸🍺🙏
It's the BEST!!

Agreed!! Hello from Poland 🇵🇱 and my little lifestyle and freedom channel 😊
Oh THAT Dutch Oven.
Great job Amanda! Wish I was able to find wild berries like that. Pack horsing into the mountains sounds awesome.
This is awesome
You guys must be familiar with Alexis Nikole Nelson, (The Black Forager). She always says "don't die" at the end of her videos.
