18:14 hearing others talk about this feeling makes me feel not so alone. I’m a mom of 2 toddlers and being a mom amplifies this feeling so hard. When u lay your head down u never feel like u were good enough. When you take time for yourself, you feel like you could’ve been doing more for them, even though everyone says you have to fill your cup before you can fill theirs. It is just a mental battle.
I can’t even imagine how it must feel to balance two babies on top of yourself. Go you for showing up every day and doing your best.
Love the video! I feel like you need to take a step back whether that’s in nature or maybe just stepping away from your everyday life. You put so much on your plate from the second you wake up until the minute you go to sleep. Take the stress off yourself and you will not be disappointed with yourself.. also give yourself some credit you are doing so much in your days way more than a lot of other people. Take a step back and slow down girl I promise it will help you mentally and spiritually and even physically 🙏 we are on God’s time not our own :)

Used an unflavored gelatine packet (I have the knox brand) and mixed it with cranberry juice!! around 32 grams of protein overall. Going to try to make another one and record it!
hii! what is your typical stair master routine? do you do the same level for the 50 minutes or Hiit intervals?
It depends on the day, usually I try to do 150 minutes per week at zone 2 because I want to prioritize my recovery. If I’m feeling more energized I’ll go up to zone 3/4. If I feel like I want to burn more calories I’ll up my time to 45 minutes and stay at zone 2/3.
