    Loved this! I also need to reduce my stress and inflammation in my body. Exam season and personal problems really caught up to me this year and I have gained weight, had bad sleep every night and got inflamed skin. I‘ve been glutenfree for a fee weeks now because of my doctors’ recommendation and I couldn’t be happier. No more IBS, skin is clearing up. I think we‘re onto something ❤

    omg if you're gluten free, you MUST try knead love bakery!! by far the best GF bread I've EVER tried. I work the stand for it at fort greene market on saturdays if you ever stop by :)

    I'm starting to run (2/3 times a week and very short distances 2-5km) but also know I have very high cortisol levels. How has switching runs to walks helped you? I don't wanna increase my cortisol by starting to run too often haha

    Thank you for the video and recipes. I noticed that you bought lactose free yogurt. Have you ever tried regular yogurt because typically most of the lactose is eaten by the bacteria during the fermentation process.

      yes I do use regular yogurt most of the time but sometimes I have the lactose free!!

    Interesting, I do intermittent fasting, and I skip breakfast. I drink a cup of warm water, and after an hour or two, I have a cup of black coffee with a tsp of coconut oil in it. If drinking coffee in an empty stomach is not good, then what do you suggest people like me who do intermittent fasting should do? Should we replace coffee with matcha?

      green tea is a good alternative! caffeine contents are less so it shouldn't spike your cortisol levels (or as much) as coffee would

      @anastacia.. I drink green tea sometimes when I wake up and drink coffee after 90 min of waking up. I could may have my coffee (Iced coffee) right after my lunch if I am craving it or try to totally avoid it. Thanks for sharing your thoughts ❤️
