I just came across your channel in my feed! So glad you guys were there before the big earthquake in April. We we there end of January on the shakadang trail too. Very sad for the family that were killed on it. May they RIP.
What a great video. Loved the Hays quality and quantity of facetime. He should have his own youtube channel . Love when you do non city videos as love seeing the amazing drone footage. Still in nature for a couple of weeks. 👍 Really gutted how windy the southern coast was- we stayed somewhere amazing but couldn’t fly the drone (can’t believe I’m complaining about this.)

I enjoyed this video so much! I kept thinking that this was a day our families would have really enjoyed together as we’re a bit hopeless about nature but captivated by a good view too. Plus then we could have shared the rollercoaster of our kids energy levels together 😂. One day!

We feel very lucky, and are devastated for those affected.
Wow. That was different. So much more fun when we can get out of our comfort zones. Nothing wrong with drunken city trips of course 😝. But this was spectacular. Looking forward to seeing more of the island.
Hehe, we're not ALWAYS drunk. Taiwan is beautiful! I hope we can show even a fraction of how lovely it is. (But the cities are all really great too! I get really energized turning up in a city I didn't know existed a few weeks ago and being totally impressed by everything it has to offer, and we've done that five times over here.)

11:53 Unfortunately, the trail was destroyed in the earthquake. So far three tourists have died here. A father and daughter and a young girl. The local government is debating whether to close the trail permanently. But it will have a great impact on local aboriginal villages. God Bless You.
