Good day brother, I will be flying to vancouver from toronto for 3 days and I will take buses to travel around the city. I hope buy a $6 compass card from airport 7-11 store. Then I use airport WIFI to register the card and load the card money to buy a day pass. Will this will avoid the $5 airport added fee? Thanks.
