I loved the analysis of that intersil 9538C IC. There was the key to solving. Excellent explanation and a modern Dell laptop that was resurrected. Congratulations. Thank you very much for your time and sharing. I read the description and in my opinion it is a profitable investment (it may not be 100% recoverable, but it is worth facing this type of current devices). Waiting for the next upload of any type of device you have on hand. All the best .
Not sure if I would risk $131 for a no-power laptop, but this worked out well for you. It is probably much newer than the Inspiron laptops I normally buy on eBay, so the price may be close to market value. Did you mention the CPU and other specs for this 3510?
Dell Latitude 3510 was released 6/XI/2020. Dell Inspiron 13 (1/16/2009) and continues to be manufactured until the most recent Dell Inspiron 15 (May 4/2023). Search as: Dell Latitude 3510 motherboard (Ali/xx). i3, i5 and i7 CPU, 32 GB maximum Ram.
@@danarepouille1381 Hello. Yes, Dan. Indeed. That is the motherboard and it uses the i5 CPU in the Dell 3510 model. I recommended Ali/xx because they send you a new PCB. On the other well-known sites, you can get an original Dell 3510 motherboard. Man, that's cool! but generally used... ...and they even claim that it is 100% functional. Read in a forum here in North America for intel 5 10th gen: "A processor like the one in this laptop depends a lot on the rest of the hardware it comes with, but fortunately, with each generation of CPUs that arrives, hardware and software solutions are included." In other words, the PCB (printed circuit board) on which the components are mounted has a similar part number, but the processor (i3, i5 10th and i7 third gen) determines the circuitry (components) with which it will work optimally and of course some ICs (mainly) will be different on each board. As an example: the Dell 3410 model uses a similar part number board and many components can be used as "donor" for 3510... just as I have seen done on another channel. All the best.
You’re the best teacher ever. Thank you. Hugs from Brazil.
