I love watching these! I just ordered my first handheld frother. Can't wait to start using it. I work at the Holt Biggby store and have been missing my Biggby drinks for the last month. These videos are so great and down to earth . Love them Bob! Thank you:)

Very clear instruction. I like the hot water trick - my coffee is delicious without the smoky, burned taste. Thank you!

This is THE way to do it in my opinion. 3rd cup, pre-heated water, finger tampering, and a quick boil for a couple of delicious cups at home

Alas, Bialetti moka pot is no longer Made in Italy. I don't know how are they allowed to slap "Made in Italy" on the side?
At least the stamp on the bottom says "designed"...
Thank dog I have my authentic vintage Bialetti Made in Crusinallo Italy, with those iconic more angular handles and MADE IN ITALY stamped underneath the bottom. I payed over $1000 for a Silvia espresso machine and threw it in the trash less than a year later, too autistic, too much effort and maintenance. Experienced a HUGE relief throwing the Rancilio machine in the trash. The old Bialetti is the only coffee machine I ever need.

You know...........This was a pretty good educational video. He's very knowledgeable without being a pretentious snob.

The moka pot isn't a true espresso machine.
Also why not pour the hot water *BACK IN THE KENNEL INSTEAD OF POURING IT DOWN THE DRAIN? * 3:56. Doesn't make any sense.

It won't cook the coffee. I use cold water at each use. I have my girlfriend smell and taste and she doesn't taste burnt or said the coffee doesn't taste burnt. There are theories and myths but not true. Use pre boiled if you're in a rush or or can't wait. Me I don't mind waiting. Just because this guy works in a caffeè bar doesn't mean he works around moka pots and serves it and knows what he is talking about.
