    I love that you emphasize using the equipment you have, rather than requiring or assuming that people have all the "fancy gadgets". People have been cooking for centuries without all the modern day conveniences, and a lot of people now are trying to live in smaller spaces, with less materials. I appreciate that you show that this should not affect the ability to cook!

    You're reading my mind - I was looking for a cookie recipe like this. Ended up making shortbread cookies. They came out super delicious (with rosemary as the secret ingredient), even though I made any kind of cookies only once before. I think I can handle this one now!
