Hello Kristýnko, I'm very sorry now that I didn't know this trick a few years back, when we were tidying up the molds after my mother and even my grandmother. Most ended up in the trash. We tried everything the hard way and even with toothbrush, but it still wasn't nice, not all the creases and dimples were really clean 🤨😒🥴 . You are a real helper in all aspects, in cooking, baking and also in cleaning baking dishes, thank you very much. You are a real Santa's helper! 🎅🎄🤶🎄🧑🎄🎄✨☃🎁🎄 I wish you and your whole family a Very Merry Christmas and a happy new year 2023 🎉🎆🎉!
Just listened to your expert testimony on "America's Test Kitchen" podcast! (The Amazing Adventures of Poppop's Bread.) It was funny to hear about the controversy whether to butter or not butter "vanocka." Butter, of course. I'd include a link, but it would probably end up in spam.
Hello. Our local energy cooperative is asking for help in solving a puzzle. They are looking for a recipe for BRY, a type of lard rendered from pig fat? Can anyone help me out with this? I have never heard of it, but I remember my grandmother trying to get us to eat lard sandwiches. Thank you
@@czechcookbook I'm not sure about the material - but they're the same as yours in the video. I looked at the ingredients - there's no ammonium in the baking powder.
I love your videos. Keep sharing Our Beautiful Czech Culture 🇨🇿🇨🇿🇨🇿💕💕
Thank you for the information on cleaning baking molds. You always have the best information and recipes!

Ahoj Kristýnko 👋🏼😊! Thank you for this amazing tip! Question: did you use baking powder or baking soda? Vesele Vánoce! 🎄- Terezka
@@teresavecere4366 ahoj Terezko, baking powder 😊
Děkuji! 🙏
Thank you for this very useful hack. Have a very merry Christmas.
Great trick. Thank you for sharing!
I’ll definitely try that on my mother’s molds. They have tarnished over the years.
Thank you for sharing... 🇮🇩

I see I have never responded to your comment. I have listened to it. She sent it to me. :)
I do not have molds like that, but would that also work with my Bundt Cake Pan???
I think it depends on material. I am not sure how this method reacts to other materials. Molds are tin platted.
I didn't seen recipes on your site with using this molds.
www.czechcookbook.com/bear-paws-medvedi-tlapky/ these are the ones they are cleaned already. 😊
@@czechcookbook wow, super 😘

Where can I buy Those molds From?
Currently only in CZ but I should have them available this coming year on Amazon USA.
Is that Baking powder or baking soda? You said powder, but my baking soda is what would fizz if but into water???
Baking Powder.
I tried this today - unfortunately, my molds turned black.
I am sorry to hear 😢 What material your molds are? Did you use baking powder with ammonium?

@@helenabursik mine are most likely tin plated. I wonder if maybe aluminum molds would react like that. So strange such chemical reaction. 😕
