In this weeks episode of hoarders me and David take town the wedding tent paint booth and get the shop cleaned up! Still not done yet but we are working on it! Cleaning up the shop is something that has needed to be done for a while and hopefully my mechanic hoarder skills decrease soon

Trevor have you ever thought about doing a mezzinene in part of the shop ideally storing parts etc
That would be a great idea! That way you really use the height of the building, something that now isn't being utilised to its full potential.

Thank god you're finally doing this! A lot of the audience watching these videos are in it for the "lifestyle"-aspect of it. Look at the amount of subs Adam LZ has. Even though trevor is a far better mechanic he hasnt got anywhere near the same subcount. Hoping this marks a turn for the better for the channel. Needed some sprucening up. Pumped!

Super stoked about the shop cleanup, been waiting for this to happen for forever. A clean shop is a much more productive shop and i would imagine makes you happier to work in the space.

Trevor you need to scrap that 6.7 that blew up no need to have it just taking up space. Besides what would you do with it?
Part it out. It still has a presumably good cp4, injectors, fuel lines, a drivers side head, turbo, intake, valve covers, possibly a crank (although early 6.7s did break cranks in a few batches) and plenty more
He is holding it for a core if ever has the need

You clean the shop once a year and it is always my favorite videos. Seeing you do what I've been putting off for 15 years gives me inspiration haha. And every year you do one of these videos I think to myself this is my year

Mezzanine office would give you even more space in the floor . Sad to see the booth go it was like the end of an era but super excited about the shop. Now give Dave some space I would live to see both together in the same shop.
This is helping my OCD a lot. Don't bury the 1j vvti too deep, it needs to find a place in the Mustang as the new drift car!
Not hoarding, just sort of inventory when you need this plug or that fitting... I like the time lapse style, music choice is always good. Thanks for sharing.

Holy shit yes!! Nice one Trevor. That’s got to be satisfying getting all that space back! More space to bring some stuff undercover or get one of daves projects in so you can both help one another out. Why not paint the floor? Certainly brighten the place up and useful for finding stuff you’ve dropped.

I work in west Texas we’re the dust is bad we use leaf blowers to clear out dust it works pretty good to clean shelf’s ect u can use a fan blowing out of shop to help push air just a thought
2JZ auto transmission are going up in value. Especially when people are turning some supra back to factory stock condition and especially auto twin turbo that had been swapped for a manual
redesign the shop and hit up bendpak for some lifts and other shop things and make it a like 3 or 4 lift shop?

Ive been subbed since 30k subs and its very satisfying to see the shop being cleaned =)
I need to do the same thing with my 'shop' (parents garage) but my ankle is hurting to walk on now. You have so many engines. Have you ever considered building one high compression na just for fun? Hand port the intake with a die grinder to open everything up, grind the valves for a perfect seal, get a big cam or two. They sound awesome too with no turbo to muffle
