I dont call him a terrorist. The chorus poses the question. A murderer, a terrorist, a criminal and a theif or the comming of a nation and a legend we can keep?

I know the story
I have a problem with this comment on two levels.
First of all, just defending your sister (or any individual) in a specific situation doesn't mean you can't be a terrorist.
Secondly, the following line of the chorus "Ned Kelly, Aussie icon", I feel, indicates that the author doesn't view him as a terrorist.
If you're going to comment on lyrics, please take them in their totality!
