@@rachael1247Indian here most indian parents believe that black men are gang affiliated, have no secured job and will ditch the girl after she's pregnant but these days it's changing. It's the stereotype people get exposed as soon one lands in the west but it's all changing

Yes to the vitamins!! I'm a nurse but I honestly don't believe in medicine. I believe in lifestyle changes, vitamins, and herbs. The Medical Medium has so much info on how to get a healthy thyroid.
Is the Medical Medium on UA-cam? I have Hashimoto and we are constantly having to change my hormone doses. I take levothyroxine and liothyronine ( or however you spell it) and have been trying to research better foods for my thyroid and such. I can always tell when it’s off again because i start feeling like absolute crap and hair falling out and such. Are there any other good creators to learn from? It’s hard for me to comprehend what I read sometimes so videos help a lot. Thanks in advance for any advice on who to follow or watch!

2) For the Mrs, you talked about your parents not accepting your relationship or family. Is colorism a big factor within Indian households, the Indian community or India as a whole?
3) For the Mr, have you experienced any form of colorism or discrimination within the black community?
