UPDATE! CLORINDE AND SIGEWINNE BANNERS, DAINSLEIF QUEST IN 4.7 ? - Genshin Impact

- Hello everyone.
Update 4.7 is expected to introduce three new characters, new endgame content, the long-awaited return of Dainsleif, and new events with generous rewards.
In this video, I'll tell you everything you can expect from update 4.7.
Please note that this is early info.
If you want confirmed information you should wait until 4.7 special program.
livestreeam for version 4.7 will take place on May 24, 2024, where they will not only talk about all the banners, but also share three codes to redeem 300 primogems. I'll be sure to post them on my channel immediately, so subscribe and you won't miss it.
Let's start with the banners.
According to insider Azure Leaks,
In the first half of the update we will see Clorind release and Wriothesley rerun. They will be accompanied by a new four-star character, Sethos.
The second phase of the patch will introduce another new character, Sigewinne, as well as Navia's rerun.
Previously, it was speculated that there would be a rerun of Furina in version 4.7. However, the beta version has been going on for some time now, and there is no news regarding her second story quest, so it's likely that her rerun is being postponed.
Since the banners for version 4.7 only feature characters from Fontaine, there is a possibility that a new Chronicled Wish will start in one of the halves of the update.
Although it's not mentioned anywhere that the Chronicled Wish should consist only of characters from one region, the Chronicled Wish in version 4.5 implies this.
The regional banner, presumably, will be dedicated to Liyue. So you can expect all characters from Liyue, except Zhongli, Xianyun, and Shenhe.
In the upcoming update, there will be two story quests dedicated to the new characters: Clorinde and Sigewinne.
It's confirmed that we will finally get Dainsleif's quest in 4.7.
In addition, in this update, there will be new endgame content. It will be something like the second Abyss.
Resets will occur monthly, and for the first completion, you will receive 1100 Primogems and 620 Primogems for reset completions, as well as some new poses for the photo mode.
With the introduction of the new game content, the Spiral Abyss will undergo some changes. The update of floors, starting from the June patch and onwards, will only occur on the 16th of each month, and the reward for completing them to the maximum number of stars will change from 600 to 800 Primogems.
As a result, it seems like we're getting more rewards with the new end game content, but in reality, the developers simply took half of the rewards from the current Abyss and added them to the new one.
The main event of the update will give us a 4-star bow. The event is designed in the style of a Tower Defense strategy game, during which you will have to defend the "base" from enemies by building attacking towers and using other abilities.
That's all we know at the moment about Genshin 4.7.

That’s completely irrelevant to what I said. They give us the WHOLE game experience for free - knowing there will be those who pay - but not FORCING pay to play to proceed with the game. There have been people who are F2P since day one. Maybe you should check your reading comprehension and redo your reply.
I wish that the new Spiral Abyss would allow CO-OP (unless it does and I just missed that info). Like I wanna spend more time with my friend but all we do is do some world bosses and play TCG like it gets boring really quickly....

As for primos, there should be mentioned one more thing. Although max amount of obtainable primos will increase... Hoyo will be giving LESS to the players in practice. Since you have to clear Abyss as well as new Fantasy Realm... which requires 18 characters with very specific restrictions, mainly - only from 3 elements. Surely even many veterans will be having problems. Just imagine our community when one of required elements will be geo 🤣🤣 I have no idea what they are even thinking. In general this 'content' which is totally focused on marketing and tramples any regard for fun, is the last thing that completely killed rest of my hopes for this game. This game is simply stupid and they are not even trying to create something that makes sense as a whole. Only marketing and hyping characters. Forget about end game, forget about true test or playground for all our characters and teams. Hoyo DOESN'T even want this. It's doomed.

Thanks for the slap across the face before HoYo had the chance to drop another Jade Chamber on my head. I'll wait until 4.7 to see how bad it is, but after that I'm uninstalling and never looking back.
@@alpha4935 Fantasy Realm is based on very fun ideas for dungeon. It's just messed up by strict character requirements. There will be 6 chosen 'opening characters' that will get buffed and you HAVE TO PLAY them. If you don't have them - then just trial characters. I can't tell that people won't have fun with it, despite restrictions. But as for me, I can't be happy when game is not even trying to make sense. When it's totally focused on marketing, providing content only to make you hype for certain characters, to pay and pull. To me it's horrible. I'm just waiting for WW and Azur Promilia. Maybe also something else, like Unending Dawn. In general there is coming whole flood of interesting games! 🌹
I've said this in a discord group before and I'll just leave it here as well, Mihoyo does nothing in the pure interest of the community... Everything done has to have a profit geared incentive

One of my favorite times is finally approaching. I love dainsleif. Hopefully this time hes actually involved in the storym like dont get me wrong i loved the last quest in sumeru especially from a storytelling standpoint but it was lackluster only seeing dain for like 10 minutes

You want more dialogue quests? Combat is the main thing of genshin, and you do is made to make you stronger.
As far as we know the New Abyss (I wouldn't called it Abyss but rather Theatre) Is a combination of Simulated Universe mixed with the previous event mechanics.
- Rewards (Primogems) are not time gated you just have to complete it. Completing it faster grants additional awards and medals to show off in your profile.
- Theatre Buffs also carries in the overworld and The Abyss, whether that makes the Abyss easy or not, we don't know.
- So not really an Abyss # 2 but rather a gamemode that encourages team building rather than speed checks.
Just wait till you see how many people wanted more spiral abyss though
If hoyo wants to give us endgame then how about one similar to 3rd impact's memorial arena? Take world bosses, amp them up with higher stats and new abilites and let us try and take them down as fast as possible, they already did an event like this and I honestly loved it.
Just another abyss, can't they afford some people with creativity, or at least copy stuff from other games? After the second abyss their new game mode will be.. the third abyss?
Although it's all under the same company I do think an entirely different team is in charge of Genshin's story and gameplay. A team that is probably not as experienced and more money focused 🫤
was hoping instead of Furina for Yelan rerun. Using Mona for Arlecchino is nice but having Yelan would be so helpful for other teams too.

let wuwa come maybe it will compete with genshin and hoyo will start doing somethin for genshin and of wuwa has the same difficulty of pgr then many casuals that will come from genshin and hsr will give up when they will hit first challenge of the game but as far as i see kuro games is trying to cater to hardcoreplayers too
azur lane promillia is gonna compete more, i assume wuwa might die quickly or not catch as many genshin fans due to it being very dull and semi sci-fi

The next chronicled will most likely be on Wanderer-Baizhu banner and will be Ayaka, Ayato, Yoimiya and Kokomi. I recommend Kokomi out of all! The next one is most likely going to be Sumeru 5-Stars, or maybe Liyue. Don't forget that for Chronicled Wish, it's only for characters who have had over 3 reruns. But it's not a really good way to pull them, considering you can only get a guarantee after losing your 50/50 twice...Real generous, Mihoyo...

@@HBonk Two more insiders confirmed that patch 4.7 will be entirely dedicated to Fontaine characters. Al-Haytham, Neela and Furina are moving to patch 4.8. Developers need to have time to re-release Fontaine's characters before the new region is released. Characters from other regions are of little interest to them and they will appear in the final patch.

hey new player here with a simple question. since i've started the game i have realized there's definitely more new 5 stars then new 4 stars that get released. i would assume way more 4 stars would get released since they less rare?. so why are 5 stars more commonly added then 4 stars in genshin impact if they are rarer?
Depends on what you consider “rarer” you can guarantee a limited 5 star with 180, but you could do 300 and never get the 4 star you wanted. Otherwise I agree with you that we need more 4 stars, specially like the ones from 1.0, that were so good that they’re still in use😂

that means you lost 31 pity 😅, pity is not continues in chronicled wishes, so it's pointless to wish there unless you have 150-180 wishes to gauranteed get your desired character , similar to weapon banner where you need 210-270 wishes to gauranteed get your desired weapon(2 fate points)

I did that a year and a half ago, came back recently for arlecchino, yet still so little actually changed. It's quite pitiful to say the least. Very unfortunate that a game like genshin with so much potential has seemingly such incompetent decision makers in their executives/dev team. I can see a million ways they could go about winning me over and improving the game yet they seem to not want to do anything, as if they are allergic to growth.
HSR has way better people in control of the game

Ugh im not sure on this abyss update... abyss is nice. We want an alternative end game content woth more primos. Heck it could be as small as a couple wishes a month. That added with abyss makes the game more interesting.
