Great tip about covering your hair when next to a grill. I hadn't even thought about that! 🤔😃

i got you, i’ve been swimming with my swim cap on. but conditioning? for starter locs? i thought that was a no

Idk why people are telling y’all that. Depending on your texture you probably shouldn’t DEEP conditioning (leaving it on for a long time) because it could lead to unraveling. But as a professional, I would never ever skip conditioning.

Love the helpful tips for the coming switch up of the weather. Have you ever posted a video on doing bantu knots with locs? If not, could you? Every time I try to do that as a temporary/in-between style, many of them unwind and they all are differently shaped and look weird.

How often do you recommend hydrating locs? Does it depend on length and maturation or based more on hair/scalp type?

You can start with every 2-3 days and increase/decrease based on how your hair responds.

The risk outweighs any kind of “benefit” it could possibly have

Hii, Ive had my locs for about 4 years now and slowly started getting in the pool last year since i've gotten them. I wanted to know how long can I go without washing them after coming into contact with chlorine. I'm afraid to cleanse my hair because I swam yesterday, but I believe I will this upcoming weekend. Will it damage my hair any to do it soon twice so soon?
