Binte Dil is nice, not sure if there is enough to do a lesson ... try in Am, chords are mostly Am, Dm, C, F, etc. u will also need an E7 at some points.
Tumse Milke will be interesting to do, let me see if Dhiraj has time to do it :)

Guitar ke saath Khas Baat ke liye dhanyavad.
Terrific singing by Dhiraj Anna always making one feel SPBs magic.
My understanding till now (from a practical stand point) had been if 5Dom7 and 4maj7 along with the usual 7thMajor 6th major and 3rd major is seen then the song implies melodic minor. Offcourse the standpoint sound through its classical harmony of Min6 with minMajchord with Dom5 with Maj4 will be its defining path. But even without pure melodic minor signature the Simultaneous use of 4th and 5th to my mind would have been it.
But this song looks like typical popular music take everything available and use it. And to this kind of old world melody the guitar has dared for even a rock distortion. Great composition manual this.

at the end of the day, the composer isn't really thinking of modes and scales and all that ..... the composition comes naturally and chords are fitted in. sometimes it's the other way round, sometimes both go hand in hand.
saying from my experience with writers for our original productions.... sometimes the lyrics drives the choice of raag inspiration, rhythm and basic chords, sometimes it's the other way round, literally tried both routes and they both work
all this khaas baat of modes and scales are accurate and have substance, but i work backwards to fit that into the lesson so the viewer goes back with concepts that can be applied either to understand other songs, or to build ur own internal reference library that will get triggered when u compose.

Hi Pawan ji, Myself Gautam from Tokyo, lot of thanks for such great videos. I learn and play a lot from your videos. Once issue I am facing that, when we play barre chords for the full song..and here all chords are barre chords.. the fatigue and pain in the left thumb starts getting more and more that its difficult to sustain the barre chords through out, although i want to play barre chords for full song. Playing barre chords for 5 mins not easy. I request you to guide on this issue and make a video exclusively on how to manage Barre chords finger fatigue.
Also please make a khaas baat video on, "Khedeya de naal, original" song, I want to learn and play this for long time.

@@PawanJalan Hi Pawan ji, many thanks for responding. I have been playing the open chords, and i want to move up the ladder and be comfortable now with barre chords. It looks more professional among friends, :D and sounds better while performing. That's the reason I am want to continue barre chords, even after pain. Hopefully it will be solved as my fingers gains strength. I just thought if there are any technique for lessening the pain. :-). thanks for responding.
that's great gautam, bsrre chords will take you to the next level!
daily practice is super-important and the guitar itself can make a difference - using a low action guitar with light gauge strings can help. i use a takmine g-series electro-acoustic tha tis great for rhythm and light gauge strings - d'addario ej26.
